Inept. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Minuteman Press may have served the community for 30 years, but not with this staff. Edward seems nice enough, but the woman there behaved in a totally unprofessional manner, clearly trying to pull the wool over my eyes. I ordered letterhead and envelopes on white laid stock, reusing a layout they had used a year ago, with a single line of copy changed. First, it took her three proofs to place the header correctly at the top of the paper. Second, the job, which I was told would be ready for pickup on Monday or Tuesday, was not ready until Thursday afternoon. Third, and most damning, I arrived on Thursday to discover that the letterhead was white, but the envelopes were ivory. The young woman insisted they had spent hours comparing the two, side by side, in different light. Why so long? It was immediately evident to me that they were not the same color. Fourth, she tried to convince me to use them together anyway. No, I work for a professional organization, not a fly-by-night mom-and-pop shop. Then she offered to sell me the envelopes at half price. For what? We never use ivory for anything, though I though our treasurer might have used them for sending out checks, if she was willing to give them away(since she’d have to throw them out anyway). It might have compensated for the inconvenience she caused me and the week-long delay. Oh no, she wanted to sell them to me at half price. No thank you. I asked her to call me when the correct envelopes came in so I could look at the stock. That was yesterday(Monday), and it was correct. When I asked how long it would take to complete the order, she blithely said, «Oh, next Monday or Tuesday.» That would be two weeks late! Fortunately, another man, possibly the manager, quietly said, «You’ll have them tomorrow.» Today, a week late, I did pick up the order. It’s okay. But I’ll never darken their door again. Too bad, the manager before really knew how to run a professional business, do the job right the first time, and honor deadlines. It’s called putting the customer first. This manager may«get it.» but clearly his second-in-command is clueless.

I disapprove of their business sense, expensive and definitely not receptive to customers preferences. Would not recommend, go to Staples much better value for your money
