Don’t confuse with Luigi’s on Clyde Morris. COMPLETELY different! It was our first time eating here. We ordered two subs to go. We finally got our order after waiting 25 minutes(no one else was in the restaurant). As soon as we got home(5 minutes later) the bread was complete mush. Soggy as ever. I didn’t really want to take a bite but I was so hungry. We both ended up throwing out our whole subs. What a complete waste of $$$$. They were not cheap either! They had no flavor. Very disappointing. We thought we would give them a try seeing as we love Luigis on Clyde Morris. These two restaurants are completely unrelated and by far no where in comparison.

Holy garlic. Next time I order the garlic bread, could I have some bread to go with the massive and inexplicable amount of raw garlic that absolutely overwhelmed the bread and the spaghetti? I like garlic as much as the next person, but this was so over the top that I couldn’t eat more than a few bites before I tossed it. It was really salty too. Maybe some people really like their food so garlicky, and I apologize if that is the case, but I just can’t eat raw garlic by the tablespoon. I haven’t tried the pizza, which seems better reviewed.

We ordered 14 inch white pizza, and when I asked about adding broccoli, I was told that they don’t carry that, and it’s not on the menu. Well, I was reading their actual menu. So, I rolled with it, and I asked if their spinach was fresh spinach. She said yes, but it was frozen spinach and gross. We also ordered a 14 inch pepperoni and sausage with extra cheese. No extra cheese came with it, but we were charged for it. The chicken fingers were okay, but a little too done. We won’t be ordering from here again. I gave it two stars because the delivery guy was the only good experience we had. He had to call me to ask for my house address, even after I told the lady who took my order, 6 times. But he was super nice. Otherwise, I’d give it a 1 or 0.

Stopped in for lunch with the wife… Excellent pizza(quality cheese!). Also had a meat Stromboli and it was awesome! The meat was diced up perfectly so it was easy to eat. Also loved the garlic knots! Great place great lunch prices!

As good a NY style pizza as I’ve ever had. perfect crust, perfect sauce, perfect cheese, perfect toppings. We ate it too fast to take a picture. Staff was extremely nice. A+

Great food, wonderful service! We’re always greeted at the door with a smile and the intoxicating aroma of garlic and warm bread. They start you off with garlic knots that are soft and delicious. We always go for the New York style pizza and are never disappointed. If you’re in Port Orange, stop in and give it a try!

This place was okay, the portions are quite generous… I ordered delivery, it took well over an hour and when I did get my food all the containers were jumbled and upside down so the bags were wet. The food did stay warm though, food was average. I’ll give it another try, I ordered online this time, next time Imma order over the phone. I think it will improve the delivery time.

Very good Italian café. The garlic knots are a must have. Stromboli was large enough for my husband and I to share.

The two times I have been to Luigi’s since they changed owners a couple years ago or so, the food was very good. I especially like there tzatziki. When a problem occurred recently involving their food delivery service here on Unilocal, they were on top of the situation and made sure I was satisfied.

Exceptionally delicious pizza! They were very short staffed while we were there, but did everything they could to take care of us and we’re apologetic for the wait. We started with their mild and teriyaki bone in wings… I know you’re thinking, wings at a pizza joint?! But they are some of the BEST I’ve ever had! Cooked to perfection, and not your average sauces! Obviously homemade. Would recommend this little place to anyone!

Yuck. Ordered here a few times and thought it was okay. Until we ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. Yuck, just yuck! Looked like dog turds on a pizza. Their menu went right in the trash… Never again! GROSS!!!

I’m giving it a five because I’ll try it again but something else. I had the calzone and honestly for 15 was not impressed. Was cooked on the outside but the inside was really runny and not a lot of cheese and fillings inside for the price. I def won’t order that again.

I’m starting to think it’s time to move out of state! Florida is the worst with customer service and this place we have frequented for 4 years on a very regular basis is no different! The woman on the phone with my husband just now was so rude I had to leave this comment. They usually go through grubhub but we ordered our food almost 2 hours ago and went to check the grubhub site and it’s down so we call Luigi’s to see about why they were so late and the woman yelled at my husband that they are too busy for grubhub orders. Strike 3 Luigi’s. I’ll take my business else where. Update: I have increased the star rating, as the owner of this establishment personally wrote to me offering to make this right. I needed to share that as I think customer service does go a very long way as stated above, and he took the time to write me. Luigi’s food is great. I’m thinking about giving them another shot.

The service here is impeccable, and the pizza is always good(as are the other menu items) BUT… Their recipe constantly changes. Pizza should be consistent — when I order it, I like to know what I’m getting. They constantly change their sauce here, so I’m never sure what my pizza will taste like. I realize this is a minor problem, but it’s one that often has me ordering else where.

I wanted to type this review before I left the restaurant. It was Awesome! Staff is super friendly, portions were good and it was great. Highly recommend. Manager says there are a couple different businesses with the same name and sometimes negative reviews get posted here for the other non related businesses. But there’s no way to say anything negative about this place.

If you like garlic, then the bread is a must, covered with plenty of freshly simmered garlic and herbs put on top. Our pizzas had great crusts and were very tasty. They gave us a couple meatballs to sample before deciding to add them to the pizza and they were fantastic. I’ll look for a meatball dish on the next visit.

We are in town from KY, and we love to find local restaurants that we couldn’t find near home. So the prospect of NY-style pizza intrigued us despite the few one-star reviews. Well, I’ll echo the sentiment of some other reviewers — I don’t understand the negative comments. We ordered two pies — one a classic cheese, and a meat lover’s with a Sicilian style crust. These pizzas were delivered quickly and piping hot. The sight and aroma of the meat-lover’s pie was outstanding. The cheese pizza was super as well — I am certain it would look right at home folded in any New Yorker’s hands. The taste lived up to the expectations and we were super-pleased. Our first meal from here will definitely not be our last!

Ordered a small cheese pizza and sat outside on the patio while it was prepared. The woman who took my order even threw some complimentary garlic knots in for me while I waited(which I declined– for no reason other than I didn’t want garlic knots). The staff brought it out when it was finished and now I’m home. This pizza is phenomenal. I have nothing negative to report. I’m from NY, used to having NY pizza, would consider myself a pizza snob and I am not disappointed at all. Thank you and Bravo.
