Food is not over priced and very good. Only had one problem when they did not cook my wings the way I like. Took them back and they gave me a new order cooked well done. Chicken Egg Foo Young is the favorite with fried rice. Best in area.

The quality of food is very good in China Garden and staff very friendly. Just make sure you prefer order because they are very slow typical wait time 10 to 15 min unless you prefer ordered.

I moved away from the area recently after going to China Garden for most of my childhood and early adulthood — and boy, I didn’t realized how good it was until I had to start frequenting other Chinese restaurants. I usually order sweet & sour chicken, and it is ALWAYS fresh, hot, well-​fried — not rough and chewy like I’ve had from other places. The white rice is always fluffy and steaming. The people who work the front are great, too. Prices are wonderful. It might not look like much from outside, but this place is a gem.

Can’t put my finger on why this place is so good. There seems to be a vibrancy in flavors that make my mouth water. The roast pork and broccoli I had previously was simply delicious. Other places I’ve ordered it from it tasted gamey and not fresh. Even the wonton soup was explosive and not as dull as I had gotten used to. I will need to say goodbye to Family Garden and hello to this wonderful new favorite.
