Dunkin’ Donuts

I’ve been to this location many times before and it’s always a so-​so experience. The last visit (and probably my last) my order was taken by a manger. I was purchasing a number of items including coffee, k-​cups and a gift card. When I used my Perk Card the balance was deducted from my card but the receipt wouldn’t print. The other cashier said the Perks Cards couldn’t be used to purchased gift cards and I was asked for another tender. This would have been fine but when I inquired about the refund to my card (about $ 25 for the gift card and $ 45 dollars total) they couldn’t give me an answer. All I wanted to know was if i was going to be refunded or if the order was truly processed.
The manager seemed frustrated with me and kept telling me how the order wasn’t processed and how I wasn’t understanding. I showed him my Perks Card App to prove the tender was taken out but he kept repeating the same thing. This went on for about 10 mins before he finally told me he would give me the gift card (and reminded me 3 – 4 times in front of a lot of people) that this was coming out of his own pocket. He also included that if I was refunded to the perks card (which he couldn’t even tell me the answer to) I should «do the right thing» and return the gift card. Unbelievable.
I don’t think I was being unreasonable and this was time consuming and embarrassing. As a owner/​manager if a customer is showing proof of a transaction it needs to be honored.
I do admit this location is clean and some of the employees are friendly. I just can’t understand how a regular customer could have an experience like I did.

I live next to this DD and my god they make my mornings great with the taste of their coffee!

This place is seriously the best experience I have ever had. The coffee and donuts are truly splendid. The crew members are very welcoming and they are a great start to the mornings. The store is always in pristine shape and the manager is doing a wonderful job here!!! The management seems extremely well organized.

I like the staff here. Everyone over the counter knows almost what everyone who walks in is going to get. And the line moves fast.
What is better than going in the morning half dead and just giving them money and they know what your getting. And they are consistent the way they make it.
And it’s always clean inside. And they remodel a few months ago and the place is huge. I’m not saying i’m crossing my fingers and hoping they put a Baskin Robbins. Just saying.
