Starbucks

This Starbucks is located in the convent rest stop. The staff were very nice and chipper teenagers who put up with my difficult order and the added time as I fumbled through the app to reload and pay.

Not a long line when I got here but super slow so line continues to build :(the orders are basic and not long but it is like watching a slow moving picture behind the counter. One of the workers is even counting money behind the glass! I do NOT recommend this place and I have not even received my order yet :(

This location is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I ordered a dirty cinnamon Oprah chai with soy milk but when I got my drink it was so watered down it didn’t taste like anything
I asked the barista if there was any espresso in it and she replied yes.
I went over to the counter to add some cinnamon myself and and my friend try my drink. She had the same disgusted reaction I had.
Again I returned to the barista and asked if she could just remake my drink. She told me no but what she could do was just add some more espresso .
After all was said and done. I wasted six bucks on a disgusting drink with no apologies whatsoever

This is one of the far worst Starbucks ever. We were refilling our Starbucks card and we didn’t get the amount on the card. We had to call customer service and we were very upset. They need to hire a new supervisor who doesn’t disappear when we need to speak to them.

Dirty trashy and no decaf available at nine at night. Exorbitant prices as per usual at Starbucks. Don’t bother.

The is a typical rest stop starbucks. Since they don’t really have regulars, I feel as though service suffers.
Lines move quickly, but the staff is very young and not very attentive.
I had to explain a very simple order three times and it still didn’t come out right.
The condiment station was unorganized and not very clean.

Hot mess.
Those two words describe PERFECTLY this Starbucks located inside the Grover Cleveland service area.
Quick orders but the wait time is ridiculous for any drink, simple or complicated.
15 minutes spent calling out the name of a person who never claimed their drink. I just think they either messed up the name or the drink order, honestly. Poor George, never got his drink.
Staff tries to be helpful, as much as they can, but it just sucks!

Service is very very poor. Not customer focused staff. Slow service. No treat receipt at this location either.

Quick service…

This place is clean and tidy. The Pike’s Place is always strong and deep. I’ve seen a many man flirt with the girls behind the counter and I’ve seen a many man get their eyes gouged out with the wooden stirrers. Be warned! Just order your goods and go! LOL
