They rent all that you need to get out and explore the area — kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes. Plus all the needed gear. If the weather is cooperative then this is a must do activity for a Port Townsend visit.
Look for a small rental desk on the deck or over near the kayaks. Doesn’t seem to be a storefront
