I’m a foodie at heart and I am over the moon happy this place has come to town. The kale salad tastes so spectacular you’ll forget it has a superfood involved. I salivate thinking about the croutons. I order this often for lunch as a splurge bc it’s just that good. As is the burrata salad. Yum. Their brick oven pizza is great but my littles love their regular one too. There is nowhere in town with amazing baked clams except for here and DiMaggios(they don’t deliver-whaaa, but just as good). Gino’s clams are just plain bad. Rosso’s pasta is Italy worthy. Their meatball popettes are SO good. People rave about their burnt cauliflower but it’s best eaten when there. It doesn’t travel that well. Another upside of eating there is it’s a gorgeous location with doors that open onto main. I’ve gone there with the kids in cozy clothes but is pretty and intimate enough to get dressed up for a casual date too.

I work in town a few blocks from this pizzeria, I was walking down Main Street looking for a quick lunch and I stopped here at Rosso Uptown. The atmosphere was nice and their brick oven pizza and their flatbread is my absolute favorite. Their marinara sauce is delicious and they have nice seating right by the large windows in the front, it’s a very relaxing view.

Ordered Delivery and it came hot and tasty. The calamari was a bit soggy but as expected when you have it delivered. Overall pretty tasty

The food is absolutely delicious! Cozy atmosphere, good service and the food is delicious!!! Can’t even specify what is delicious because I’ve been here quite a few times and everything is really good. Love this place!

Review for pizza only: there’s a wood-burning oven in the back, but up front there’s a glass case with the usual congealed, pre-baked pies, slices of which are reheated in a regular pizza oven. Plain slice was meh: little sauce, bland industrial mozzarella, unremarkable crust. No different from your average mediocre slice served in most NY pizzerias these days…

The wood fired chicken wings! The best. With caramelized onions! It tells me how good they are when I start to crave it! Mm mm mm good!

Lovely. Just ordered a pie and an entrée from this place and it came out to $ 40.00. Would have been perfectly fine if the pie wasn’t ice cold on delivery along with the entrée. I’m not a person who normally complains. However, in the restaurant business, serving cold food is pretty careless.

Went for lunch today and didn’t even stay long enough to order our drinks. There was one other table seated already and the host tried to sit us back to back with them. The tables were so close the chairs were basically touching — in an empty restaurant. We chose to move down a table and when we sat down the chairs were so uncomfortable we just could not stay. Why would anyone want to sit and enjoy a meal when they are not comfortable??? The food might have been great, but I don’t know. Next time I’ll order it for delivery.

It’s great for what it is. It’s a pizza place on main street with authentic Italian food, most importantly, at an affordable price. Our price per person was 6.50 with drinks and a large pizza shared between. The décor is almost classic nautical/Mediterranean and is beautiful, and the service is great as well. Would definitely recommend it.

This review is for one of the pasta dish only! Fettuccine with Tartufo(Truffle Oil) — never again. My pasta was drowning in oil, pasta was all stuck together, and all this for $ 17. Totally not worth it. I gave an extra star because I liked the order online with the tip option.

If you had asked me if Port needed another Pizza joint last week, I would have said NO! Since then, Rosso Uptown opened near the train station, and all I can say is Salvatore’s you finally have competition! Excellent!
