Bardy Trophy Company

Walk in middle of the day to get a trophy. They were helpful with the selection and the price felt super fair. The were also able to process it and I got my trophy in ten minutes. Couldn’t expect more for a first experience in my life buying a trophy –would definitely go back again in the future if I need a another trophy, plaque or anything. Nice!

I called in yesterday with a last minute request for trophies for my volleyball team. I really thought there was no chance of this happening but threw up a Hail-​Mary anyway. Wow. Why can’t all businesses be this way?
The lady who took my call (I’m really sorry, I wrote down your name but now I can’t find it but you are amazing!) ran into the stock room to see what they had on hand in my price range that would fit my needs. She gave me several options to choose from and assured me they could have it done by today at 3pm when I got off work. I was so happy with the help she gave me. SO HAPPY.
I called her at 9:30 on Thursday morning. Friday morning, I got a phone call at about 10:30 letting me know that my trophies were done hours before promised. I could pick them up on lunch!!! And I did. The guy who helped me pulled my order form, got my box of trophies, made sure it was what I wanted, and sent me on my way.
Bardy’s went above and beyond for my small $ 50 order. If that’s the case for a rush client not spending much money, I can only imagine that they would treat everyone with such a high level of customer service. I walked out of the store, looked at my guy and said «I’m going straight back to the office and writing them a good review. That’s the best experience I’ve had in a long time.»
So here you go, Bardy’s. I will be sure to see you again. And tell anyone who will listen. Thanks for making my day and providing me with something that will make my middle school park and rec volleyball team happy! They won their league and deserve a token to remember this season by!

Perfect selection and service!

My friend Justin decided he was going to award his parents with a massive trophy for their wedding anniversary, and as we were driving to get some lunch, he insisted that we stop at this place.
The store owners were nice enough, having to help Justin as he contemplated every option available for his masterpiece. I’m sure we spent over an hour in the store. My temper was tested, I laughed, I cried.
In the end, Justin got his amazing trophy with something like three levels, golden eagles, marble columns, and a lamp of wisdom. I hope his parents liked it, in the end…
