I recently went through the process of selling and buying a home with Brian. All the factors involved were very complicated and could have made for an extremely stressful experience but Brian took incredible care of me and made me feel like I was the only client he was working with. He works hard but makes it look easy and takes great initiative to get the best possible results while doing it all with a very professional but familial demeanor. There was never a moment where I didn’t feel taken care of. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. In fact, I have! He is currently working with my friend on the sell of her home. :-)

Brian Ramsay went above and beyond to help my husband and I (first-​time home buyers) find and purchase a perfect fit home within our budget. He helped us be strategic and ultimately win our home because multiple offers were put down on it, he helped us schedule all sorts of inspections after our offer was accepted, and helped us make sense of things that can be really confusing and overwhelming during the home-​buying process. He helped make buying a house be as stress free as buying a house can be. He’s competent, intelligent, personable, responsive, and very professional. Can’t say enough good things about him! Would definitely recommend using him!

What can be said about Brain probably wouldn’t do him justice. He answered every question I had, walked my wife and I through every step of the process, and most importantly helped us figure out what we really wanted in a home.
He was there when we needed him and even when we didn’t. When we closed he was the first person to let us know, even before the lending company. The best part of all was after we bought our home he didn’t change his number and never speak to us again. He’s not only gone out of his way on several occasions to make sure needed repairs were taken care of on the house, he also took time to cover what maintenance would need to be done to keep the house in good shape.
A special note, as a veteran I’m used to over promising and under delivering. Brian took time out of his schedule to help us locate furniture and appliances for our house from other clients who wanted to sell or donate their things. Now not only do we have the home of our dreams, we also have extremely nice things to furnish what would’ve been a very empty home of our dreams. I couldn’t imagine what would’ve happened if we hadn’t been lucky enough to find Brian for all this.
