Like the Chicago options. Size of pizza is nice and big, and crust is thin, as it should be. If you like robust sauce, then this is it. I prefer a different taste so not my favorite pizza place.

I gave this place a second chance and they blew it. I waited to be helped at the counter on a slow night for 5 minutes. When I was finally helped, the gentleman was incredibly rude as if I was bothering him and my order was incorrect. This pizza is decent, don’t get me wrong, It just isn’t worth the hassle to deal with the people, when there are pizza places all around us that are better and friendlier.

Best pizza EVER!!! This is hands down the best pizza in Portland … I am amazed by not only how quality the ingredients are but they cut it into squares and wrap it in paper. No box people !!! It reheats well and is just as good cold;) You will NEVER be disappointed ! I love this place… Go now !

There aren’t many places that deliver in West Moreland, so I’m really glad we found this gem! Good pizza and fresh toppings. I did think it was kinda weird that they delivered the pizza in a paper bag rather than a box… The cheese was all stuck to the top of the bag and we had to cut it open. It was little spendy too but I think it’s still the best option in this area. Delicious crispy thin crust pizza. I’m one of those weirdos that dips their pizza in ranch, and their ranch is really unique and delicious! I think they might make it in house. Overall this is a great spot.

Wow. Look at all these great reviews Did we just order on the wrong night? Maybe. Maybe not –I tell ya what, though, with so many pizza choices in town, it’s not worth going back to find out. We placed a phone order to be delivered: small vegetarian pizza for me, and for my blood-thirsty carnivore of a girlfriend, we ordered a meatball sandwich. My pizza was literally drenched with sauce. This may have gone unnoticed, if not for the fact that the sauce is a bit unusual. It’s SWEET. Additionally, there was just TONS of cheese on it. I am not one who often complains about too much cheese… in this case, it was actually too much of a good thing. My pizza being what it was, the sandwich was worse. It came out so wet it fell apart. OK, we do have forks on hand, but it was also excruciatingly salty and over spiced. And I am not just taking her word for it. I tasted it; it was barely edible because of the salt content. I ordered a Coke and a Rootbeer. The guy showed up with 2 Cokes because they didn’t have Rootbeer. Also, when I told the person on the phone what my name was he said, «OK, if you say so.» So hey, thanks, Pizza-dude, for pointing out that my name is odd… because yeah, I’ve never heard that before. Oh wait!!! I HAVE heard that before, like back when I was in middle school.

This wasn’t very good. We got off on the wrong foot right away. I called and asked if they delivered to Lents, and they said yes they did. When the delivery came, though, the driver said«We don’t like to deliver this far.» OK, well, someone should have told me that on the phone. The pizza itself was not great. I expected a lot better based on the reviews.

First time was pretty damn good, tonight, I can’t say the same. Was dry and just not what I was wanting. I’ll give s third try and update from there. Always get a gluten free and a regular if the same for the toe of us. Like I said great about 6 months ago, not so tonight.

So good! I’ve never left a review but so worth it. Crispy crust, plenty of cheese, and lots of toppings. Might be my favorite ever.

The first few times getting pizza from here it was great. Lot’s of toppings and great flavors. Today we ordered 3 medium pizzas 1 cheese and 2 pepperonis. The pepperonis had exactly 10 pieces on them, I counted, and all I could taste was salt. 3 pizzas for $ 50 I would expect a lot better food for the money. This is my last order

I was soooooo excited after reading the reviews about this place… Pizza AND an Italian beef sandwich?! However, opening up the box and unwrapping the sandwich almost led to tears. BLAND! BLAND! SOGGYANDBLAND! The beef on the sandwich tastes like low quality deli meat, and the pizza, while the toppings are ok, the bland crust and sauce ruined it. I added sriracha, salt and pepperoncini, and it was still bland.

The sauce tastes like tomato paste. We asked that they cut the pizza into triangle slices and he copped an attitude on the phone saying«it’s hit and miss». We asked for a delivery and they didn’t bring enough money for change, didn’t get us the ranch we asked for and they forgot to do the simple request we asked for of cutting the pizza, knowingly bringing the pizza out when they could have fixed it as the shop. Not a fans and won’t be gong back. Last but not least over priced. Where’s all the good food around Woodstock?

I cant get enough. We’ve hunted for years in PDX to find a decent ‘Midwest’ or ‘Chicago’ style pie. Well, we surpassed decent and we straight to amazing with Bridge City. I only hope that someday they have a North side location but until then, I don’t mind the trip as it’s worth every mile. Kudus Bridge City.

Congrats on being named Portland’s best Chicago thin-style pizza by ! An accolade well-earned. After reading about the award, we just had to order again: one cheese plus one pepperoni equals four very happy people. We couldn’t be happier. Keep up the good work!

A Must, im from Chicago and this is the closest thing to home. Northsider with sausage…“bang bang” Also they are pretty matter of fact in the way they run the business… don’t expect lots of smiles or bubbly blondes

Man. This is the spot. I’ve got to start off with a disclaimer that I have not had their pizza. Also, it’s worth noting that I went two days in a row for the same thing after trying it to the first time. Being a Chicago expat, I’ve been seeking out the best Italian beef in Portland off and on for the past year or so. Bridge City Pizza is hands down, the absolute best. When I unwrapped the sandwich, the first thing I saw was all the giardiniera spilling out. I’ve literally got bottles of giardiniera stashed in the pantry — I bring some back every time I visit Chicago as it’s seemingly unavailable here. Jalapeños, carrots, celery, olives, onion, their house giardiniera is the business. There is a super healthy amount of beef that tastes just right, and the au jus is so good. Not that packaged, powder and water stuff. It has depth. So, yeah, get an Italian beef! The gents working there are true Chicagoans, we spent my time waiting discussing the Bulls, Blackhawks, and disagreeing over being a Cubs or Sox fan. Overall, grade A establishment, and highly recommended!

Went here with Tony from Chicago, and he approves of the Itaian beer. The sandwiches are delicious, lots of meat, and filling. The break held up all the way through. I had the Capone with hot peppers and marinara, just what i like. Had had the pizza before and thought it above average. very friendly guys working here. zero atmosphere – mostly take out.

Pizza. It is more american than apple pie because, how many apple pie-zzerias do you have in your american neighborhood? Okay, apple pie bakery, whatever! I think you catch my drift, man. I am writing this review out of necessity rather than by compulsion. You see I don’t want anyone to know that Bridge City Pizza exists in Portland because I want to keep it all to myself. I know, greedy right? Greed is King here in america so when in Rome eat like the Romans, capiche? I have no idea what that last sentence means. The reasoning behind this review is numerable. First, I had a near Spiritual experience last night whilst eating a «Southsider’ pizza from Bridge City. During this my thought was that I should capitalize on this experience and use it to perform my required Unilocal™ duties to stay in good graces and write a review. Weird, right?(Digress) Secondly, I had read all of the reviews for Bridge City Pizza and had decided that all of the one and two star reviews were written by ignorant heathens that have no business in writing reviews and should stick to google plus reviewing so that their reviews will never have to be seen by the general public at large. I know what you’re saying(your thought bubbles are visible to me always), and you’re thinking«Everyone has a right to an opinion». This may or may not be true depending upon the latest revision of the PATRIOTACT, and I think that all rights to citizens of the United States have been usurped. Sorry ~sadface~ I digress. So how do I persuade you to try Bridge City Pizza? I don’t care. I don’t want you to eat their pizza. As I told you before, I want it all to myself as my own private pizzeria. I really don’t want to share this with any of you. Go away. Are you still here? Okay! Alright! I was going to resort to Chicago pizzeria name dropping but instead I will say that Bridge City Pizza would stand it’s own ground in any city in america and the world at large. If you don’t like Bridge City Pizza then you are wrong and it is that simple. If you decide to leave a whining one or two star review just know that you are wrong and we all view you with disdain as the big cry baby you are. Also, you have poor manners and you will not be taken seriously. Honestly though, I think these narrow reviews are some of the funniest reviews I have ever read. Look for yourself, they are funny. They’re still totally wrong and in no way have any foundation in the same reality as the rest of us are in, but that’s what makes it comical too. Bridge City Pizza is fantastically delicious pizza. Read that last sentence one more time. Thanks.
