After weeks of unrelenting pain in my neck and shoulders, I spent one hour with Theresa and she listened to my concerns, used her skills, and I walked out of there pain free for the first time in way to long. My neck headaches stopped and I got some great exercises to keep the pain away. I look forward to my hours with Theresa because I know that all my pains will be addressed and I will walk out pain free and more informed than when I went in. Also, as someone with no insurance it is great to know that I can get health care at an affordable price.

Wow! What an amazing practitioner. Theresa is so intuitive and knowledgeable! She is able to really dig deep without it hurting. She uses hot stones, CranioSacral Therapy, MyoFascial Massage, etc. — different combinations depending on what you need that day to get to the root of your ailment (s). She is professional, warm, dependable, and caring. I have abandoned all other Massage Therapists for her, and recommend her for work with anyone/​everyone!

Just had a great massage at Brownstone Bodywork this afternoon. Theresa is great and will spend time with you to figure out ways to make your hour the most beneficial. All of my ailments were addressed, but dang… that hour goes by so quickly! The space is beautiful and relaxing and if you need other work like acupuncture, there are other practitioners in the building. Overall a wonderful experience. Thanks again!
