The new policy of shipping fabrics is not great. I ordered three fabrics. Two arrived in two weeks but the third did not. They did not call me or send notification as to why. I had to call them. The third fabric is two weeks out. Quite a long time to receive fabrics.

I’ve shopped here for years. I buy the upholstery fabric both for furniture and drapes, and for clothing.
Unfortunately, they have just changed from having bolts ready-​to-​buy-​from to samples-​but-​must-​order-​everything. This will deter me from going there and buying. I like to be able to buy when I want/​need something, not wait for it to be sent to me.

What a beautiful place, I could spend hours here just brainstorming. The sales staff are all knowledgeable and friendly and the selection is amazing.
Rather than giving small sample cuttings for you to bring home they actually let you check out bolts so you can see what the fabric will be like in your space. Great idea!
Of note is that you can’t actually purchase fabric here, you select what you want and they order it for you and ship it straight to your home at no charge. Love that!
