No military discount!!! They acting like those high ass prices dont make them enough. Wont he coming back…

Their hours change constantly. I arrive and thrower randomly closed at times they were just open.

BEWARE, I came here and ordered 24.00 worth of food. During my visit as it was to go I witnessed the cook wipe her face full of sweat and then handle food. Upon getting home and starting to eat my 10 $ sandwich there was no bacon on it. Upon calling the lady had the worste attitude and did not seem to care. I was told we are closing early because we’re slow I see why. Very dis heartening!!! Will never eat at a Carl’s Jr or hardees or green burrito again you lost a good customer.

While it may be fast food, this location is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The bathroom is immaculate and there is never anyone loitering, which occurs often at Portland fast food joints.
Service is fast and accurate, both inside and the drive-​thru. The food is always freshly prepared too, and served to your table with a genuine smile. Free Wi-​Fi too.

I have been to this location approx. 10 times. every time I go here the employees are rude and short. I have never sat in the drive through for less then 10 minutes and today when I went I got all the way home and my order was wrong. The one next to wood village Fred Meyer is much friendly and faster. Not going to this location ever again.

I ordered the hand dipped chicken tenders here… as I was eating the second one I felt something hard in my mouth. When I spit it out I was surprised and grossed out to find the back of an earring in my mouth. This was unacceptable. I will never go here ever again. This could easily be a lawsuit with anyone else. This review is supposed to be a zero but there’s no such thing. People needs to be aware of what happened to me.

Two lovely ladies running the front were soo nice and accommodating to me and my family! This store seems specifically to prioritize customer service above all else which seems pretty hard to come by.

I never have any issues with Carl’s Jr. When I want a good hamburger that is affordable and quick this is where I go. The burgers have good flavor and you can actually taste the meat. Alot of the burgers at other fast food places taste stale or just have no taste at all.

I very rarely eat fast food these days. If I do decide to go for a quick greasy gut bomb, Carl’s Jr. is on the short list of places I will hit up. We stopped by this location on the way back from vacationing at Mt. Bachelor, and needed something quick on the roadtrip. Obviously not nearly as fast as McDonald’s, but still faster than some other places. Great selection, good prices, huge portions.
What I notice the most about Carl’s Jr. each and every time, no matter the location… super friendly employees. They smile, they’re friendly, they bring you your food and clean up the tables, and even come around to check on you. Almost makes you forget you’re eating at a national fast food chain. Keep it up Carl’s Jr.!!

I try to avoid fast-​food as much as possible. The same goes for chain restaurants. I much prefer and try to patronize local businesses whenever possible, except on business trips where Starbucks is the devil I know. I was on a project on the eastern margins of Portland and went in search of a Starbucks more out of need for a restroom than coffee. But there it was, a Carl’s Jr./Green Burrito. That would do. I grew up not too far from the original Green Burrito on Hacienda Blvd in La Puente, CA. Orelay! I ordered a couple bean & cheese burritos to tide me over, nothing fancy but they hit the spot. The restroom was clean and spotless. The teenie who handed me my order smiled genuinely. I was good to go.
