I haven’t gone through the homebuying process with Chandra, so I can’t attest to that process.
However– She spent an hour and a half walking my partner and I through the homebuying process. After we left, she entered the specifics of what we are looking for into an app that automatically sends emails that link to houses available right now. It lets us know what is out that and where we can realistically expect to live based on what we want in a home.
Chandra is down to earth, in touch with reality, and has a sense of humor (I know that because I’m excessively hilarious and she responded appropriately).
She also promptly responded to my emails leading up to meeting and came recommended from two people.
And she has quality tattoos, not shitty ones she saw on Pinterest.
We will be using her as our realtor when the time comes!

When my wife and I were given 60 days to find a new home by our landlord, Chandra helped us find our dream home and navigate the whole process in just 3 weeks. We went from a place we were sick of, to owning our own slice of domestic heaven that we can be proud of and invest in for years to come.
Chandra met with us right away, and laid out the process in very plain terms complete with a flow chart showing every step that would need our attention. She arranged for us to be able to sign documents from work and in the evenings, without having to go out of our way. It couldn’t have been more simple for us to follow and feel confident we were in control, and that we had an ally when working with sellers and our mortgage broker.
From the first meeting, Chandra setup online searches, and sent us daily suggestions for homes that met our criteria. She filtered everything personally for possible problems we could never have spotted, and paid close attention to our feedback to adjust the next day’s visits.
Ultimately what we found, and fell in love with, was a home that would never have been on our radar had Chandra not gotten to know us well enough to suggest we try some new things.
And at each stage of the buying process, she took extra time for phone calls and meetings to bring us up to speed so we could make some major decisions with a surprisingly high degree of confidence that we knew what we were doing. It was a very tall order for such a short time frame, and no corners were cut.
When we found our gem, Chandra correctly predicted most of the issues that were ultimately found during the inspection, and she was a force in getting the seller to pay for more than their fair share of the repairs. We moved in quickly with a new roof and some helpful repairs already completed, and our home has been trouble-​free ever since. She has even checked in a few times to make sure we know when to use our home warranty.
