We are out of state buyers and needed a realtor who could do EVERYTHING for us. Jessica Berger was a dream to work with. We were buying property sight unseen, Jessica needed to be able to communicate with us all of the particulars of neighborhoods, rental potentials and house worth. She was always upbeat and available, no matter how many times I texted and how many requests I made – for her to drop everything and go look for me. She was honest and I learned to listen, when she told me «you do not want that house». She understands her community and helped me understand it too. Portland is a frenzied sellers market, Jessica created paperwork and negotiated many offers for us, each time giving it her all and commiserating with me when we were outbid. She knew we would find our perfect property and she got it for us! We couldn’t be happier. This is a great company, I highly recommend them.

After working with a Realtor that wasn’t a good fit I turned to the Turner Team based on a coworkers referral. I met with Jenny Turner and her associate Jill Saucedo to get a feel for how they work and was able to clearly communicate what I was looking for and felt confident that they could guide me through the process.
I ended up working primarily with Jill and she is amazing. Jill turned out to be a great fit for us, her personality and attitude was absolutely aligned with ours. She was very knowledgable when showing us properties and offered her opinion when asked. I appreciated her willingness to accommodate our numerous house tours, even helping us plot out the best plan of attack for viewing houses in a day.
As a first time home buyer it was invaluable to have Jill with us. She helped us with making our best offer and throughout the entire process of buying. Jill answered all of my questions no matter how small and was always available to us. She navigated us through a negotiation process after a low appraisal and we are now enjoying our first home!

I have worked with The Turner Team and found them to be extremely knowledgeable and efficient real estate agents. They treat their clients with a ton of respect and even though they do a ton of business, they make each client feel as if they are their only client.

Jenny is fantastic at what she does. I have used her services to both purchase and sell my homes and she never disappoints. It seems like she is available 24 – 7 and she does everything with a smile. Jenny is knowledgeable, professional, fun, understanding and precise. She has a ton of connections and all of them love her! I will always refer her to friends and family. I must preface this review my saying that I did not have a chance to work with Jennifer. I did call her on the phone to interview her. Although knowledgeable, she did say some things that I found gimmicky. For instance, one of her «pearls» went like that, «If you absolutely do not love the house, you are better off renting.» Here is another one, «If you see the house you like, you can’t spend days thinking about it.» Despite her saying that she does not personally show homes but, instead, has a crew of agents that do exactly that, I almost hired her … that is until I mentioned that my wife would not be coming with me to tour homes since she has to stay home with our child. Jennifer became irate and in no uncertain terms told me that I should find another agent. I did … and I know I did the right thing. So should you.

Charles and Jenny and their team deserve more than five stars. Their level of professionalism, education, and commitment to their clients is unmatched. They helped me purchase two houses several years ago. I was new to Portland and a realtor’s worst nightmare… didn’t know the city or where I wanted to live, didn’t know if I wanted an old or a new house, or 2 bedrooms or 6, or what style. I just knew «I’d know it when I saw it.» Jenny understood and intuited what would suit my lifestyle, personality, and needs, and Charles provided his pragmatism and sound advice to help me choose. Then in this last year, when the market was at its worst, they helped me market my home for sale again. When I was frustrated and worried, they were there to support me every step of the way. They are generous, thoughtful, knowledgeable, supportive, and always and in every way professional, in a measure that sets them far above their competition. I can’t say enough good about them, and you’ll be entirely satisfied and likely gain two new friends if you call upon their team to help with your purchase or sale.
