It’s too bad I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, because the paper and ink quality are relatively good. I submitted an order for a scientific poster in person with a flash drive. It was in its original pristine condition. Before I left, gave my phone number(assuming a phone call would be placed if anything went wrong). I came back 2 hours later to find text cut off and formatting all wrong. Manager refused to give me a refund as my document was not in PDF format, which was not asked of me in the first place, but said she would reprint my 3′ by 5′ poster for $ 15 on top of the $ 84 I had already paid. Begrudgingly, I agreed. Next time, I am going elsewhere.

They kind of lag but they are also sort of old fashioned mom and pop, so it’s somewhat acceptable. I gave a phone order(paying over the phone) and they had my order(with hand written receipt) ready for me. The only downfall is the lack of streamlined efficiency in their overall processes. Long lines while customer service reps seem to have no clue and make small talk with current customer. We got stuff to do, people!
