Crystal Nails

Won’t go there again. Made multiple of my nails bleed during a fill. Fill is made super thick and not close to the cuticles, making them look like they already have a grow out. It is cheap but this is why– lacks quality. Shape of the nail wasn’t great either, I had to go back over it after. Wish I didn’t give them a nice tip until I fully saw my nails.

Always enjoy my pedicures here. Good job and good price! The massage chairs are great. They really get those cuticles. Sometimes you have to wait when it’s busy. You can call ahead.

Before I start to say anything let me say this. If you go on a weekend, your service will be rushed. If you can make it on a week day, I have had much better experiences on week days.
The nice thing is they don’t keep taking people once they have filled up but they will rush a service to get more people in. The last time I went was on a weekend and I was pretty disappointed. With that being said, I have gone a couple times during the week when it is slower and have had an awesome experience.

I went in here after reading the reviews which were all pretty good. So here’s how my visit went. I have pink and white solar nails. I went in for a fill and color change. The lady proceeded to fill my nails then told me to pick a color. I did, but something was off since they had me pick basic nail polish. I said solar or gel right? She agreed then sent me to a lighted table and told me to wait 15 minutes. I immediately said no, this is wrong. Gel nail polish sets in a minute. So they then proceeded to usher me over to another table where another lady took off the polish, charged my card for the second time, then painted them quickly and sent me on my way. All in all they charged me 41.00 for a fill and 2 paint jobs of which lasted 1 day before all the corners chipped. Will never go back. Terrible job and very expensive. The whole set was 35.00 but the fill is 41.00? So wrong

Called and made an appointment to get my nails done, I was on a really right schedule. I get there 5 minutes before my appointment and they tell me it’s going to be at least a half hour wait. So irritating!!! Why even make an appointment if they won’t honor the appointment.

This place hasn’t been as good lately.
Disappointed.
And their service sucks.
I used to see a sweet older lady here, but not anymore. No one looks happy.
You shouldn’t have «walk-​ins welcome» if you have bored staff, 2 customers and 3 hours left of your normal business hours if you’re turning people away.

Been going there for a year. Love the salon, and love their work. Very satisfied with these ladies.

Just walked in and asked if they had time for a pedi. Rudely told «we don’t have time for you» wow no sorry or maybe later. Walk ins welcome my a$$. You don’t have time for my money ever again!

Good experience! Quality work and they took their time. They were very busy but made it a fun atmosphere. One woman helped my sister to the car because she was carrying a baby, diaper bag, and purse. A bit expensive, but good!

Took my Mom here for manicures. Able to get a last minute apt on a Sat. We were able have side by side service at the same time. Beautiful, clean and spacious location. Very friendly service. Great shellac application by Tina. Will go back.

The service I recieved here was better than most nail salons I’ve been to. The ladies, despite English being their second language, were courteous and welcoming.
The establishment has nice décor and an open space. The massage/​pedicure chairs have cushy pads on which to rest your feet and the whole place was really clean.
I would absolutely recommend this business if you’re in the area.
PRO TIP: If you have your own pedi kit (nail file, callus remover, buffing block), bring them, otherwise it’s an extra $ 2 to buy there.

Crystal Nail is a great place, the staff are friendly and the salon has many great massage chairs. The prices aren’t the best but they are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this salon!

I have been coming here for years. Great service. Kim and the girls are always so friendly and remember your name by the 2,3 visit. Prices are very reasonable. If your coming in on a weekend I would call ahead for an apt their always busy.

I am very picky about my nails… how they are shaped when being filed, how smooth the polish is, my cuticles being trimmed, etc. Isn’t every woman who is paying to have her nails done? Crystal Nails is, by far, the BEST nail salon I’ve been to (which have been many in several states). I prefer french polish style on my nails and LOVE the new shellac polish which stays on for easily 3 weeks (or longer). I wish I could post a picture of the last mani that my daughter and me had done at the beginning of May 2012. I’ve been coming here each month for over a year now. And the place is very clean (something else I’m very picky about). Shellac french mani (for your own nails) =$ 30 and I usually pay 5 bucks for a tip. Prices are similar to just about every nail salon run by asians (i’m japanese). Only difficulty is that sometimes it’s hard to understand them although they understand english just fine.

On the recommendation of a friend, I treated myself to a pre-​summer deluxe pedi at Crystal Nails off 82^nd /​Johnson Creek.
I received a deliciously relaxing foot & leg massage, followed by some exquisitely detailed toe art (freehand, not stenciled) for $ 35.
The salon is well lit and spotless. The women here are friendly, efficient and creative.
Crystal Nails is definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Okay, so as a guy writing a review of a nail salon, one would usually think I would be writing it for a female acquaintance’s experience. But no, it is mine. I get my eyebrow waxed and yes I’m not ashamed to say I get a pedicure (Schwarzenegger eat your heart out). And I highly recommend this salon especially from a guys perspective. They are very happy to be of service no matter what gender you are. And prices are very good.
