I love this place, the portion sizes are great, food is always fresh, and the service is usually always great.

Well it’s been 25 min in the drive thru and I still haven’t gotten to order yet. If I could back out I would because I can see inside and the employees sure as he’ll aren’t helping anyone. Just a bunch of lazy ass kids.
Update after I finally got to the window and even know I repeated myself 5 times while ordering, they still didn’t get it right and tried to only give m one meal when I ordered 2 and paid for 2. How hard is your job you dumb asses

Worst glop I’ve ever eaten when intending to ingest Chinese food. This is American glop… and not even good glop as glop goes. I paid extra for both angus beef and walnut shrimp… I counted three and a half small bites of beef and less than an entire walnut on about two ounce portions of each «entrée.» You get bigger portions for free sampling at Costco. Some of the vegetables looked to be freeze dried. The entire sad experience went into the garbage five minutes after attempting to enjoy it. Never again. I am fantasizing that this place gets bulldozed and it gets replaced with… anything except Panda’s Express!

6:30pm on Sunday with long lines and came home to this barely filled, soggy, mushy chicken and zucchini that’s been sitting for too long.

Fast Food that’s made right at a fair price. Drive thru opens til midnight which is ideal for the night owl’s out there, lol.

This is place has the freshest and yummiest food. Every time I order here my food is always hot and delicious. They are fast also which helps when I’m on the go. The drive thru is open till midnight. How awesome is that! I’m so glad they are here. I’m a happy and frequent customer. Note: brown rice is a healthy option with veggie & shrimp stir fry! I’m in heaven …

This Panda Express drive thru has to be the slowest in the country been in line 15 minutes and moved up 3 cars. And even worse once your in line you can’t get out your trapped. Never again going to this store

Food is always good. Employees are amazing and always makes sure to keep their customers happy.

I still wonder… They charge you extra for the walnut shrimp and and you get half as much as the other stuff… How does that work? Disappointed… I paid extra for the shrimp expecting to get at least the same amount as the chicken. Guess not…

Seriously worst experience ever. After waiting in line for ten minutes, I placed my order. With only one car ahead of me I waited for another 10 minutes. They give them their one order which amazed me it took that long and I approached the window. Ashley not even acknowledging the 20 minute wait just reached her hand out telling me the total due. I paid and then asked if my food was still warm from waiting so long. She rudely said «umm ya it’s made when you order» so i said «oh ok so 20 minutes ago. I wanted the name of the manager and She just closed the window and ignored me for a few minutes until a coworker told her to come back. She came back and finally gave me the managers name Ying.
Being a manager of a business this is horrible customer service!
My food was cold and I am very annoyed. If Ying does read these I would love to be contacted

I placed an online order, and was very, very specific when I asked for NO VEGETABLES on my order (I posted a picture in the pictures section). When I got the order back from Panda, it was loaded with vegetables.
This is not the first time they’ve loused up my order. And even worse, when I called the store to request a refund, the store manager was not in – and the assistant manager refused to refund my entrée to my credit card unless I drove all the way back to the store to get it, and offered only a comp’d meal in exchange. Which would doubtless be prepared just as wrong as the last two meals I’d gotten at this horrible location.
The portions are small, the food isn’t all that great to begin with, and at $ 6.59 for my one entrée and side – which they couldn’t even be bothered to prepare the way I’d asked them to – it represents terrible value for money.
There are many mom-​and-​pop Chinese restaurants around that, from now on, will get my business. Panda Express: Never again.

The food was good, but didn’t care for the shrimp, it had too much sauce on it, took away from the shrimp. I’ll put the name of it next time I go there

I found a piece of cut up rubber band in my food. Most likely was on the stem of produce and someone didn’t bother to take it off. I’ll never be coming here again!

Good, fast service with plenty of employees to help everyone (came in tonight at dinner time). My family and I received large portions and ate until we were stuffed.
Only downside was the iced tea. I would have rather had just regular sweet tea.

I walked in because I’ve always had a bad experience in drive through, they either get the order wrong or dont put much food in the box. Walking in was just as disappointed. I wanted to try the new Honey Sesame Chicken. I got that, and half rice/​half noodles, with a side of the green bean teriyake chicken. Then when I asked for Pot Stickers (my favorite thing there), I was told that their location had discontinued them. I said thats too bad, it was the main reason I came in besides trying the Honey Sesame chicken. When I asked if the honey sesame chicken was good, the employee shrugged his shoulders and said «its ok» and that it doesnt look anything like on TV. He was right. NOTHING at all resembling the TV ad. However, besides being upset about the lack of my favorite pot stickers, when I opened my box when I got to work, there were 6 small to medium pieces of the Honey Sesame chicken, a small spoonful of the green bean Teriyakie Chicken, and a huge mound of noodles and rice. I’m complaining to management this time. Its absolutely ridiculous I paid $ 9.00 for what I got. I’m never eating there again. They WILL get an earful :)

I had to change my review from a four star down to a 2 star after the last trip.
The food is good as always everything was fresh and cooked right. However it wasn’t clean at all. Food crumbs on all the tables.
Then I thought I would head over to the bathroom to wash up and of course no paper towels. They were out for a while because there was water all over the floor from other people just trying to air dry their hands
I like to place and the food a lot but they really need to clean the place up or I’ll just take my food to go next time.

This is my favorite location for Panda. The food is always hot and fresh. I never have to wait for any food to be made. The display case is somehow cleaner and brighter then the others I have been to. Any time I am in the area I will opt to eat here.

This Panda Express has been here for about 18 months and still looks brand new. For the most part they do an excellent job here at customer service and food freshness. I wish they would bring their Mandarin Chicken back. If you like Americanized Chinese fast food… this place is great.
