I had a fabulous shopping experience here! Eddie Bauer is one of my favorite places to shop. This location is very clean, organized, and spacious. The dressing rooms were comfortable and the staff was VERY helpful and nice. My wife and I found all sorts of great items, but we didn’t have room in our suitcase to take back home to LA… the staff informed us that they could provide us with complementary shipping to our house — yes, please! The whole experience was hassle free!

This review is based entirely on the great service I received from one individual at this Eddie Bauer location, Joey. We were just killing time at Pioneer Place and decided to drop into the Eddie Bauer. We were greeted nearly immediately and I mentioned I might need a new pair of jeans. The next thing I knew I had a nice stack of jeans to try on in a dressing room. The attentiveness of the staff was awesome. This is the first time I have had a sales associate bring me things to try on while I was in the dressing room. I would up with a nice selection of gear, including some nice deals off the discount rack. I don’t know if this caliber of service is the norm, and it will be hard for me to make it back as I live in Eugene, but I couldn’t let Joey’s efforts go unrecognized. Thanks.
