Mike did an absolutely wonderful job on my full set of almond shaped acrylics with gel polish. We did a different design on each nail and they turning out soooo pretty for new years. I didn’t see his name on Unilocal initially but now that I know what a pro he is at both the nail art and shaping, I will be back again and again! So glad a found a spot so close to my office with funny employees + wine!

I came here to get eyelash extensions and it literally took about 45 mins when it’s supposed to be about an hour and a half to 2 hours. I was wanting long lashes that curled so my eyes could look bigger and that’s not what I got. Good thing I paid $ 52 with a deal on groupon instead of the full price. The lashes made me look sleepy and they felt so fake and plastic. I ended up just removing them myself after 3 days because you couldn’t curl them or wear mascara when you’re supposed to be able to do that with extensions. Also, she didn’t do all my eyelashes. She left a lot of the lashes towards the end of my eye with no extensions and had the other eye with extensions towards the end. It was a lazy job done.

I called Edge frantically at 6:30 on a Thursday night knowing that they closed at 7 in desperate need of a shellac manicure. They said to come on in. When I arrived they jumped to help me. I had shellac on already so they had to remove it. Tommy is the one who did my nails. He helped me pick out the color that would look best for the wedding I was in. I have tiny nail beds and everyone usually gets the polish on my skin. Tommy took the time to perfectly paint my nails and shaped them exactly how I asked! I highly recommend this place and Tommy was GREAT! And he is funny!

I came to them desperately needing help, I have tried another place (not naming names) and I left in pain with bloody cuticles. I told them my situation and said they can take off the existing acrylic and redo it if necessary. They not only rescued my poor nails with out putting a new set on but they looked better then what they have in over a year, and at half the cost!
Haven’t gone to another salon since! Thank you!

Vu is AMAZING! He is so patient and has a true artist’s touch. He’s always willing to try whatever fun idea I bring to the table and has great ideas if you’re not exactly sure of what you want. You won’t have to be nervous about the end result because you will consistently walk out the door with beautiful nails that get noticed and bring on tons of compliments! Be sure to give him plenty of time to work his magic – he’s absolutely worth it! LOVE!

I’ve been coming to Edge in Style for 4 years now, when I first came here it was under a different owner. The new owner is a young couple who came in; remodeled and expanded this nail salon to make it bigger and started offering other services such as facial waxing and eyelash extensions. The people that work here are very nice and friendly; my nail tech person is Vu who consistently does such an excellent job on my mani and pedi. I highly recommend this young man to everybody who wants beautiful manicured hands and feet.

I am obsessed with EDGE, and specifically Mike (Vu). He is a master at his craft and my nails always come out looking absolutely amazing. I like my nails sharpened to an almond shape, and each time they come out perfect. Mikes attention to detail continually impresses me, and I’m always getting compliments on how great my nails look. I won’t go to anyone else, as I don’t think it could get much better than Mike. The salons prices are just right, and all the staff are always very accommodating. Give this place a try, and definitely ask for Mike!

I just left Edge in Style after getting my lashes done, and as usual I am extremely satisfied with the results. Every time I need to get my lashes filled, I am always greeted with smiles and welcoming attitudes from all of the staff. I’m a regular there, because of the top notch service I receive every time I come back. Tracey does quick but QUALITY work. I work graveyard, so when I see her for my lash and acrylic fills, her quick and top notch service is just what I need. I never feel like her services are «rushed». She’s just that good! Why someone would want to spend hours there for services, when they can get the same, if not better service in half the time boggles my mind. The salon is busy, but they are busy for a reason… She is always very attentive with me, and advises me on how to maintain and care for my lashes. She also caters to how I want them to look. I have changed them up a few times, and each time she gives me exactly what I ask for. So glad to have found a place with such awesome people who work there. I came to the Edge about a month ago, came out unhappy about my nail. Nail technician Ryan did my nail and he was keeping on and on about how good he is but when I got home three days later my nail stared lifting on the right side of my nail. The painted job was ok, cuticle job was not good, not even, still cuticle left over. I have been to the Edge a few times Mike and Vu did a fabulous job especially technician Vu his job was awesome, the best ever! His painted job was the best. Overall, my advise to Ryan is to talk less and clients would notice your work if you do a good job.

Horrible. I went in to remove a Shellac polish and get a manicure.
The salon worker asked me about the color I chose which I replied: Clear
Four times throughout the process I had to repeat this since this seemed to completely confuse her.
The shellac was not completely removed which I had to physically take her tool and begin to remove it my self. She was doing a terrible job removing it and wanted to put on the base coat before shellac was off. This is after we both were being snippy with each other because she started filing off the Shellac. I had said TWICE already that I do not want the polish filed off .
The tech next to her asked how were my nails to which I replied, Terrible my nails are not smooth and nail is still yellow from polish STILL being left on. The tech told my stylist I needed my nails buffed. She then responded that I didn’t want to! I said I did not want my nail FILED and the buffing WAS done (I point directly to the buffer) but it looked terrible.
In the end I hate the fact that I paid for a shitty half assed manicure from a lady with a shitty attitude. And the fact that I tipped her.
Will never go back and will warn others of how let down I was.

Such an amazing nail salon! The staff is friendly and talented! I love the clear shellac manicure! Be sure to call ahead for an appointment, if not, be prepared to wait a few minutes— this place is always busy! Oh, and good news for students — request the student discount after your nail service and save a couple bucks! I love this place, and you will too.

STAY AWAY!!! This was the worst manicure/​pedicure I have ever received in my life. They cut my toe and pretended it was a blister (it was not) I have three sores on my fingers from them cutting my cuticles so close. The massage and rest of the manicure was so rough it was more like being abused than being pampered.
My husband had a manicure/​pedicure at the same time and had the same issue.
This place should be closed down immediately!
I would have given zero starts if that was a choice.

I’d never been to EDGE before but I have a hard time saying that I’ll be going again. I had gone in to have my acrylics removed and it was one of the most painful experiences that I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The gal who was removing my nails did not both to buff them and soak them in acetone to make removing them easier. In fact, she used what might as well have been pliers to rip them off. I haven’t tried their other services, but I don’t recommend getting your acrylics removed there.

I love Vu! He’s a PERFECTIONIST and never rushes. Best gel manicure I have ever had, I swear! My gels always last 2 weeks. He never disappoints and he’s hilarious!

I have never seen such a horrible nail job in my life, watched the tech acknowledge it (she acknowledged that my nails weren’t shiny like they should be after a full shellac) –AND– still charge the full price.
I paid for a full acrylic set for my daughter and I and while my daughter’s turned out acceptably (still not wonderful by any means), mine are crooked, shellac is missing, and it’s not even 4hrs later. We walked out with my nails «done» and looking like a train wreck. I asked for almond nails and at least one looks like a diamond, smaller on the bottom and the top and the middle is all fat. The pinky on my right hand is missing ¼ of the shellac. How does an aesthetician miss something like that and call it good???
I just want to rip the nails off, that’s how embarrassing it is to be seen looking like this. Almost $ 100 (tip included) to be frustrated to the point of tears. We judged by the reviews but, do your homework and pay attention to who you’re getting. Not everyone who works here is qualified to even touch nails.
The two stars are only because Tracy did an «okay» job on my daughter’s nails.

I called earlier in the day for a 4pm appointment. There were a few people ahead of me, and I waited on the sofa for 4pm to come around. The previous appointment was taking longer than expected, so I had to wait until about 4:15pm. The staff was apologetic, friendly, and had good communication on the reason for the wait, and they gave me a discount after the appointment to make up for my extra waiting time!
This is my second professional application of nails, and I enjoyed this salon more than the last one!
My nail technician– I think her name was Lee?- was talkative, friendly, and warm in her personality.
My nail shape is almost perfect, there are a few little spots that I might want to change, but overall I would say these nails are an A-​. The shellac application is very tidy and the lines are clean, which is really important to me. The nail technician made sure to ask me about the shape and nail polish design several times, and was not bothered when I asked that she make slight changes so I got what I wanted.
I was offered tea, wine, or water more than once during my service, which was nice, too. I will come back again, and hopefully bring my mom along with me!

I am a sucker for fancy nail art. Nail tech Lee is amazing. She is Super nice, chatty, and willing to try my crazy nail designs. Plus– they always look amazing! Give this place a chance. Looks small and a little older décor but the service is top notch.
Note: have not received a pedi here yet only acrylic and gel finish on nails.

Came here for the first time. It’s not glamorous, and it was nearly empty. My pedicure was pretty good, though the vibrating seats are so strong it actually moves your legs from the strength — not really good when you need your feet to be still.
My manicure lasted 2 days, and my cuticles looked gross.
