If I could give this business zero stars I would. But I guess they get one star. I did not realize just how bad this business was until after I left. The brace was absolutely substandard compared to the brace that I wear now on my foot. Compared to my brace now, everything from the material, to the craftsmanship, to the design was way below par. Five months after the day that I paid my copayment and any insurance paid their portion, they sent me a collection letter for an amount that they failed to get from the Insurance company. They never called, they never emailed and and they never sent me anything in the mail until then. You want to send me a forceful collection letter for something you failed to do I don’t think so. One letter from an attorney cured that. The worst part of my experience with them, because of their in adequate brace, I now have permanent damage to my foot, where as I have to wear an even more advanced brace. Thank God I didn’t have them make that. What’s left amputation? Do yourself a favor stay away from this business at all costs. It’s way too important of a decision to screw up. Steve

Evergreen P&O has been a blessing to my close friend who lost his leg in a traumatic accident a little over 1 year ago. He is back out golfing with me now, has an awesome custom BK socket design and vacuum/swivel hardware system, and continues to tell me how great his Practitioner is at solving problems quickly. I’ve been told they have a fabrication lab in each clinic and can repair, adjust or create just about anything very quickly. This has helped my friend get mobility back and stay active in his rehab and recovery. I would highly recommend this P&O company to any of my friends or family. They also have 10 clinics around the metro area and up in Vancouver, WA in case you don’t live near their West Portland location.
