With Maria’s expertise, I was able to give my love a most precious xmas gift. She offered guidance and consultation while still allowing me autonomy. That is true quality customer service in my opinion.
The final framed piece which recorded the honorable service of the grandfather he never knew was so beautifully displayed. We now have a piece of family history preserved for all the children to see and honor.

I’ve had 2 items that were particularly important to me framed here. Each time Chris has spent at least an hour if not more helping me decide on the perfect combination of matting and frame. She pulled out just about everything in stock so that no stone was left unturned. I told Chris what I envisioned and Chris did her best to make sure I left completely satisfied. We had a few things framed here. They have a good selection of frames and mats. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. Frames are done quickly. Slightly pricey but you pay for good quality!

I had some problems with a second hand frame. Took it to Chris and Tatiana who not only suggested some aesthetic improvements to the matting, but also, when the frame itself was deemed too delicate and well-​used to fix, helped create the perfect new frame for the print. Turn around time was minimal, prices were very reasonable, they called with questions before making any permanent changes, and were so friendly and helpful, that I’m telling everyone about my experience there. Great prices, good hours, nice selection of frames for sale… Thanks for everything!
