An amazingly restored 1921 Parker carousel that was shipped to this location in 1928, operated for 42 years, then was restored to its present condition in 1995 and has been in operation ever since. For $ 2 per«rider» you and your kid(s) can go for a spin. Or for $ 5 your kid can ride as many times as they wish over a 2-hr block. If you have a toddler and need to hold her(or him) on the horse, you only pay for the child. My 2.5 yr old daughter loves this place. Her huge grin(and occasional«yee-haws» and«giddy-ups») make the trip worthwhile. Its only drawback is location — the mall is a depressing husk of empty shops. But if you ever loved a carousel ride when you were a kid, you won’t regret reliving that experience at least once alongside a giggling wee one.
