I have horrible feet, used to take ballet and now work on my feet all day. They always treat me well and I love how my feet feel and look when they are done. I’ve yet to have a bad experience.

Had such a great experience! Best pedicure I’ve had in Portland, so many places to go but this is the spot! I am almost 37 weeks pregnant, the simple $ 25 pedicure was amazing, and the lovely pregnant lady was so kind and friendly, and did an amazing job on the design I pictured! Will definitely return here for all my nail care needs, they even had a small kid chair which is perfect for my 4 year old.

There’s honestly way worse nail salons than this one. I love this place and I’m one of the picky ones. There’s multiple ladies which means one of them is bound to be your style of nail tech. They serve you small beverages while you’re visiting. Bring your own nail kit is the only thing I’d say/recommend. Summer or Tina are both great, ask for them and you won’t be disappointed ! It’s in a shopping center so it’s a good place to go if you want a classier nail spot and want to do some shopping. They have about 12 chairs for pedicures and 8 spots for nails. They have every gel color you could imagine. I would and do recommend people here. Service is typical. Prices will vary.

Worst customer service around, this is the 2nd time I’ve been in an hour before closing, only to be told come back tomorrow we are closing early tonight. I had a manicure less than a week ago & my nails are already chipping, I wasn’t asking for a full manicure I was just asking for someone to fix the 3 that were already peeling so they wouldn’t become worse. I guess their business is doing so well that they can push customers away!

My mom and I went in to get manicures yesterday and felt very rushed. We came in at 45 minutes before closing but there were at least 5 people who came in after us to get pedicures done. The staff welcomed them in even though they were very busy, which I thought was nice at first, but then they stopped my mom’s manicure to start a pedicure. They didn’t offer us any of the drinks that others have posted as complimentary. I even asked to sit together, but they separated us. Although I had a much better experience than my mom with how my nails looked, I am still giving a one star rating because we gently and discreetly informed the staff that the polish on her nails was runny and wasn’t cleaned up properly. My mom said something while her nails were being done and they said they would fix it later. At the end, it was still not cleaned up. She wasn’t going to say anything, but I encouraged her to let them know to see if they could at least try to fix it. The polish went on to her skin. She even purchased the shellac polish so we were expecting better results. The lady brushed us off and said that is the way they do it because they wanted to cover the cuticle. It was 6:10 and there were a handful of other customers, so I think they just wanted us to leave and they wanted to go home. We get our nails done monthly and were very disappointed at the service here. We paid for a service and it was sloppy. We won’t be coming back here. They also used unsanitized nail files. They stored them in ziploc bags that were clearly used before us. Needless to say, we didn’t tip her lady.

This was my first time here and I will definitely be returning. Customer service was excellent I felt like a Queen. I chose the deluxe pedicure with sugar scrub, wax and hot stone massage the royal treatment!

Ok pedicure. I’d rather have a nice pedicure and massage than the complimentary drink they offer. I felt like it wasn’t very sanitary. I’m used to the tools being in a sanitized packet before use these were in a glass of blue liquid. My nail tach cleaned another persons pedicure tub in the middle of my pedicure and didn’t change her gloves! The file and scrubber she was going to use were used on other people! They don’t offer the option to buy them like everywhere else I’ve been. I advise bringing your own.

This is what I’m talking ’bout. I love this place and will continue to get my pedis here. They are super helpful and friendly. I have been to other places where it is just awkward. I’ve been not places where they did a crappy job. This place it the best. There is rarely a wait, and I always just walk in. They do a super good job with the pedi, it is clean, the massage chairs are great and the price is fair. Plus — a free drink — booze or soft. YEP.

Before I went in today for my bi weekly gel manicure I was planning on giving them a glowing review because I’d yet to have a bad experience in the few months I’ve been coming here now. They have usually been quick, friendly, offered free beverages(even alcohol if you’re aren’t pregnant like me). But this time I took my sister with me and left so upset at the terrible nail service and poor customer service. I had gel on so they had to file the nails before soaking in acetone, and she was so rough catching my skin every time, being so fast and not paying attention, as she was chatting it up with the two girls next to her. I pulled my hand back and asked her to please be careful and she said«down girl»… Once my nails were ready for painting, she was getting such an attitude with me to pull my hands out from the light before they were even done curing. My timer had like 20 seconds left and she’s like motioning at me to give her my hand, so I just ignored her. After the second coat of color, I noticed one nail had a black hair, and another had an air bubble. She grabbed my hand and showed the girl next to her, looking at me like she didn’t see anything. She asked if I wanted the nail redone and I said yes please. So she starts picking at it with cuticle scissors and then painting over it to cure it again. Now there is a defect. She said«want me to redo it?» I said yes please. And she just picked at it again and painted over. So now this nail looks«thicker» than the others because it’s got extra coats of polish, and it’s ripple-y. I was so annoyed at this point I just wanted to get out of there. Like I said, this was my first bad experience, but with so many places you can go now a days to get your nails done, I will not be returning here.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this nail salon. They used to be Nails Etc./Jantzen Beach Nails, but they moved across the way to the current location between Jimmy Johns and Boardwalk restaurant. I love that this place offers a free drink while you get your nails done(wine, margaritas, Thai iced tea are among the choices on top of the standard water and soda). The place is clean and they give you the files/buffers they used on you to keep for your next visit. I also discovered they do eyebrow tinting here and they do an excellent job with it! The one thing keeping me from giving this place a perfect rating is that the color options for gels aren’t as extensive as other salons. But hopefully they’ll be able to offer more options in the future. It’s still a great place with sweet employees and a brilliant location.
