I got my first weave here and was very excited. Came all the way from the coast. Amber did an alright job. At first it was really tight then a week later the weave got way too loose. It started coming out in some places and you could see my tracks in the front. I texted Amber to let her know and she was super sweet about it and the day of my appointment I was in a meeting until almost thirty minutes after my 4 o clock appointment. Amber texted me from another phone saying I’m very rude and inconsiderate and need to find a new stylist. I was meeting with a pastor for my wedding and I sincerely didn’t mean to be late but the response was very rude. Overall they’re ok. I wouldn’t recommend them or go back.

Kayla does it all. From natural hair to weaves for a variety of clients and hair types and lengths.
My favorite service, besides a haircut, is the basic blowout and flatiron style. The deep conditioning process under the hairdryer always relaxes me, and I love the results I get with Design Essential products.
What I like best about Kayla’s business I Am Image is the flexibility and ease of scheduling via text message, and its social media presence to share her work with friends for referrals.

Every time I walk in, I am welcomed with a warm smile and greeting from Kayla. I always leave feeling like a new person (not to mention the many complements that I receive) and I love that I’m in and out in a timely fashion. The complementary tea and hot cocoa are a nice touch, especially in the wintertime. It’s always easy to make an appointment, so don’t hesitate to contact Kayla.
