Jen is the best stylist I’ve ever had! I like having one person who knows what she’s doing and is totally trustworthy! I was between stylists for about five years after my last stylist moved and had gone to Bishops. Bishops was always a crapshoot, sometimes I had great haircuts, sometimes I didn’t. With Jen, I always have a great haircut and she listens!
I went to a fancy salon off Hawthorne and was horribly disappointed. The stylist was late and he blunt-​cut my hair — that was what I told him not to do! I went to Jen after I saw a friend’s haircut and said «that’s what I want, where do you go?» and haven’t looked back since. A year later, I still love Jen! If you make an appointment, tell the receptionist that Gwyn sent you! And bring cash, they will call and remind you before the appointment.
