Love this store. We bought 4 pieces there last year. Got a great deal on al of them. Made sure to get the extra protection too. My nice big recliner started making a funny noise after 5 months. Called them up and they had someone out at my house to fix it up a few days later. Stuff is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I had a similar experience at the Tualatin Lazy Bot store. Sales lady Julianna just seemed determined to force her way into the conversation. She greeted us within 30 seconds of entering the store. I let her give a brief sales pitch and asked her not to hover and allow us to shop on our own.
After 4 – 5 minutes of browsing with my wife, Julianna was back trying to force herself back into the conversation. I asked her to stop and she then tried hooking my wife into her sales pitch. She disappeared and returned in 3 minutes with more sales pitch.
I finally told here that her tactics were pushing right back out the front door and we left. She just came off as a extremely desperate person seeking a commission.
If you don’t mind the high sales pitch pressure, then this might be a place to check out.
Personally, I like sales people who introduce themselves, give you a few pointers, and then allow you to shop without applying sales pressure.
