Let’s get down to it.
This place sucks. Nice folks, service is okay. However when your suits after one day of wear in an office building look like my photos, I’m sorry. I need my suits to be cleaned. They suggested it was sweat. There’s no way. I sit at a desk. Then they said it was restaurant stains. I work in an office. When I check my suits they look fine. Then one day after, I have all these stains. This is leftover dry cleaning fluid or soap or something. They insist however they are doing nothing wrong. I can’t have my suits looking this way. They just lost my business.

I read that this place was not so good, but convenience factor won over me as this place is just 2 min walking distance from my home. Learned my lesson the hard way.
Stains from suit or pants were not removed and discoloration appeared in several places on pants. Looks like bleach drops. Now the stains are locked in and even harder to remove from suit because they are ironed-​in.
Super disappointed and sad :(

Horrible. Absolutely avoid!!! Ruined two shirts and made no effort to address the issue. Terrible experience.

They do a great job on my shirts. At a great cost. Super friendly and accommodating. My only slight of them is they cost a little more than others for sewing patches. But one major repair I had on my Jiu Jitsu gi they did far better than I would have asked for. My gi gets pulled on throughout training and repair has more than held its own.

They did a beautiful job of removing red wine from an ivory silk suit. The suit had first been cleaned by Bee’s who made the stain look worse. Every time I have had evening and silk dresses cleaned they took special care to protect buttons, beaded pearls and lace. We have been using Levine’s for at least 10 years. Clothes are always ready when due and well packaged for taking home. We ask for very light starch on shirts. They are always perfect. I am very surprised by the complaints listed here. Compared to other cleaners we have tried, they are amazing.

This place is terrible. They ruined my Filson wool jacket. They made heat patterns by using too hot of press for wool. The owner is an idiot and denied it. He got irate and yelled at me when I called him out on it. He knew he had ruined it, yet he flat out denied it. I will never ever go back.

These guys do a great job on laundered shirts at a competitive price. Turn around times are excellent. Hours are very convenient. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because their counter people are sometimes not too friendly.

Again, they only pressed my coat without cleaning it. In the meantime, they ruined four of the buttons by pressing and not protecting them. Happened last week as well with a blazer. Received it back only pressed. Do not trust them with your clothing.

I read these reviews before taking my cleanig and unfortunately didnt listen to the advise I read on Unilocal becasue I thought a place that’s been in business for as long as they have should be doing something right. I was sooo wrong!
They cleaned my wedding dress and I was dissapointed. I wouldnt trust them with anything expensive or that you care much about. I’m not sure how they stay in business with the type of service I received. They qouted me a price before I committed and it ended up being a much different cost in the end. Also the inside of the dress was twisted into a big knot and Im not sure I couldnt gotten a better job by doing it myself. I definitely wouldnt recommend them to anyone after the experience I had.

I am so disappointed because a friend recommended this place and I can’t say anything good about them other than that they had my garments ready when they said they would.
They did not get my garments clean, even when I pointed out exactly what I was concerned about. I actually came home and was able to clean the jacket label myself. They also failed to mention a hole that I had missed when I took the jacket in. They are not expensive, so that is a good thing, but if they don’t do the job, they shouldn’t be expensive.

I’ve been going here for 3 years! flawless. they have not missed a beat since I’ve used them. Great value. Highly recommend.

Fast and cheep. Much cheaper then other dry cleaners ive been to. Most of the time i’ll drop off 6 – 8 shirts, and they’ll have it ready by the end of the next day. I also had a few shirts «boxed». $.75 more, but they were handed over neatly folded with collar protectors, folded over a cardboard plank, and wrapped in plastic. Perfect if you are traveling.

Totally satisfactory. While they aren’t quite as fast as I would like, they are reliable and have yet to ruin anything I own — so I frequent Levine’s… if only they were open on Sunday!

No complaints on quality. My silk shirt came back pristine and well pressed. That being said, front desk left something to be desired. Mostly, a good attitude.
