Last weekend, I visited my sisters in Portland. As the little brother, I have the obligation to ransack their fridges and pantries, where I found several packages of Mio’s shortbread cookies. Just like any good brother should do, I finished the cookies. But, I wanted more. These little cookies are amazing and addicting. Thank God it was a Saturday and Mio’s Delectables is open in the PSU Farmer’s Market.
I bought one of each single flavor they have on Saturday. Today is Tuesday and those cookies are no more. I’m praying to pastry and waistline God to revive those shortbread cookies (actually I will just call my sister to pick some up and send) and to keep my gym motivation high, respectively.

Incredibly amazing sweets! The owner, Mio, is very friendly and polite. Everything she makes is super delicious and good-​looking. It has just the right amount of sweetness, and people who does not like sweets will even like her stuff. I highly recommend you try her stuff! She does not have a store (yet), so you should not miss Shemanski market!
