Morrison Street Pub

Well I suppose the heat is finally getting to me, because for some odd reason I am remembering the meal I had here to be almost fair to middlin’ for a decaying PDX relic like the Morrison Bar & Grill.
I had the good ol’ eggs n’ bacon; nothing fancy, nothing grand, but they had my eggs cooked just so (dry scrambled) and the bacon well-​done, just the way I like it.
The menu is pedestrian at best, and so is the service, but the deck is nicely situated off Morrison, and is under the cover of trees and umbrellas at each table. Not a bad spot for some cheap bar grub on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
Holy shit! The heat has finally baked my brain into a fine custard; you know this when I throw out phrases like «fair to middlin’» and «good ol’ eggs n’ bacon». Yeesh… someone shoot me now!
