We found these guys on the BBB’s A+ list. How they got there, I’ll never know. The contractor contacted me and asked what we were looking to do. I told him I was having some issues with our kitchen floor grout. He asked me how big a space it was, I just guessed. He then told me that to re-​grout the area would be between $ 400 and $ 800???Without even looking. He then asked me if that sounded reasonable to me. I said I don’t know. He said that it;s 149 dollars for the first hour and then 40+ dollars an hour forward. I asked him if he charged for estimates, he sighed and asked me where I live. I told him Gresham. He then sarcastically laughed out loud at me. I told him that I didn’t understand how he could «explore my options» with me without looking at what I have, and that I didn’t feel that he was really interested in my business and that I would be looking for someone else. Then he hung up on me. The kicker was when I contacted his «boss» and told him the story, he didn’t say a word other than he answered «okay» when I told him we would have to find someone else to help us. What a bunch of Douche bags. Please don’t use these guys, they obviously have all the money they need to not give any kind of personal service.
