NW Deck & Fence Restoration

We appreciated the quality of the work these gentlemen did and they were a pleasure to deal with from the initial estimate meeting to the end of the project. They worked to fit in to our timing needs and did what they promised to do. I happily recommend them for others.

I had NW Deck & Fence restore my front and rear decks and front stairs. In addition, I had them pressure wash one side of the entire fence around the perimeter of my house, the siding on my house, and my front driveway. I was in a rush to get this done as I will be putting my house up for sale soon and asked Dari Loud, the owner of NW Deck & Fence Restoration, for expedited service. This was a real challenge given the work was started in March 2016 and it rained frequently. Dari and crew successfully pulled off getting all the work completed before April using any of the dry days that came up. At the beginning of the job, Dari patiently explains the scope of work and documents it all in his quotes. I particularly like that he will recommend the best option for the job, even if it isn’t the most expensive. Given how large the job was I was very happy with his pricing; it is so labor intensive to prep the decks before staining them as we had multiple layers of stains of different types that had been applied over an 18 year period. Now my decks and stairs look brand new. I would heartily recommend NW Deck and Fence Restoration and Dari Loud for any project.

They did a great job painting our new cedar fence and touching up one side of our old garage siding. Everything looks great, and they were courteous, fast, and attentive to detail. Highly recommended.

The NW Deck and Fence response time from our inquiry was the fastest of 3 we tried. We had two different companies come assess the deck and fence and provide quotes. We opted for NW for a couple reasons. Dari did an excellent job explaining what they would do and how they do it. He assured us that we could expect complete satisfaction.
The end result of both the fence and deck are outstanding. We really appreciate the extra care Dari made and we are thrilled with the results. The deck and fence both look better then they have since we’ve lived here. We will use his service again when we need another restoration.

We are a property management company and we used NW Fence in a pinch to build us a fence. The Fence turned out better than expected! They were easy to communicate with and very flexible! When we ran into a issue with the neighbor they helped us a address the issue in a timely fashion. It started to rain during the project which pushed it back a week, however, when I called with concerns they got out immediately and finished it. The price was also fair, we received many bids on the project and they were the lowest out of 3 for the scope of work.
