My father died a few months ago unexpectedly. Having never dealt with having to make funeral arrangements before, my family and I were at a bit of a loss…
We called a couple of places and got quotes. I was pretty shocked at the prices to say the least. Then I remembered that an attorney I had dealt with had recommended Omega, so I called them. To say I was surprised by the price differences is an understatement. They were easily half and almost a ¾ less than some of the other Funeral homes we had called.
From the first person we dealt with on the phone, to the last, the customer service was first rate.
Having to deal with the loss of a family member is hard enough… having to be wary of being taken advantage of during an already stressful time is crazy.
Thanks to David and the entire staff at Omega we didn’t have to worry about that at all.
