Oregon Oils

Don’t waste your time with them, there are other local companies out there are way better the oregon oil. If i could rate 0 star, I would. Their service is bad, its hard to actually talk to some one on the phone, 90% of the time goes to voice mail. I used to have to pick up my used cooking oil, then i ask them to come clean the grease trap, they told me i have to sign a service agreement and they will mail it to me. they set me up with an appointment that was 3 weeks later and told me the driver will be there between 8am to 11am. i got there at 8:15, yes i was 15 mins late, anyway, i waited to 3 hours and no one show up, then i called them and they told me the driver was there at 7:45 and left at 8:15, and since i missed the appointment they send me a bill for $ 50 because i wasted their fuel, well what about my 3 hours wasted? i should send them a bill, too? they said the driver called me, but i never got any calls or voice mail. then about a week later i finally see their service agreement in the mail, that was after the appointment, took them 1 month to send 1 piece of paper from NW portland to SE portland. and the agreement has some fine print says” this is a 2 years service agreement”. they keep calling me in late afternoon and say” we will be coming tomorrow morning to clean your grease trap” and every time i have to call them back to tell them «NO, don’t come» and of course no one answer the phone and i had to leave them 2 voice mails every time, just incase.
i found another company to service my grease trap, the appointment only was 1 week, and the guy told me he will be there at 9am, and he did. and he was done at 9:30 and only cost $ 85, but oregon oil wants to charge me $ 110. So i called oregon oil a few time and finally someone answer the phone, so i told them to close all my accounts and i don’t want to do any business with them, and i will send them the $ 50, and just don’t call me again, i just don’t want to waste any more time with this company.

I contacted O.O. looking for a new company to clean my grease trap quarterly. First– They said they would schedule my cleaning for the following week, I agreed. I then I got a call with a message left saying they were arriving tomorrow at 6am and had in their notes that they did not need me to confirm that. What? Called back they promptly said they do not take appointments & had no idea who would have possibly given me an appointment. They operate on a 24 – 28 hour notice only… Ok… After numerous back and forth calls, we set a time and I met with the person who cleaned out the trap…
I was then billed for two services…
After ALL this, 3 months go by, its time for a new cleaning. I’ve called numerous times and left messages without hearing anything back. I will not be doing business with this company again, I strongly suggest using any other company on the preferred pumpers list. 2 stars for the politeness of Matt who I believe is the GM. Otherwise, 1 star.
