Jon was friendly and receptive from the get-go when I called. He was efficient and very clearly explained what the problem was. I’ve been dealing with a lot of maintenance issues recently at my Portland property, and Jon has been among the easiest people to work with. Very happy with the service!

Jon is thorough and efficient. He not only puts up with all my questions about the intricacies of my furnace’s workings, he seems to enjoy taking the time to explain exactly what’s going on, what’s involved in fixing it, and so on. I’ve been using his vacuum and repair services for the past couple of years and each time have felt like it was money well spent.
