Perfect Look Salon

I had Jane do a new color on me for fall. Color turned out perfect! best color .I’ve had in a long time!
this is a walk in only salon so the wait can be long if you’re waiting for a certain stylist. otherwise people are in and out fairly quickly. the pricing is reasonable, more than great clips but perfect look stylists aren’t timed like they are.

I took my son here to get his hair cut. All I can say is DON’T GO HERE! No joke. The lady was so rude. She butchered his hair. When she asked me to take a look I told her it was still way to thick and wanted it thinned out more and she got so pissy and made comments like «So what you want a mullet?» and when I showed her a pic she said «That would have been helpful to begin with». Just snarky as hell. It was an older lady tall with Grey hair. She cut her finger at some point while cutting his hair and slammed her scissors down and stormed off. She charged me for an Adult hair cut which was $ 14.95. Worst service ever. I was fuming and felt at that point I didn’t want her touching his hair anymore so I paid and left. It was going to be a big battle if I would have gone off and not to mention I didn’t want to do that in front of my child.
So I had to take him and pay another place to fix it. The place I took him said they could see all the spots she messed his hair up and there was a lot. It looked like a helmet basically. I will never ever go there a again.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience possible. I went in and sat down, was not greeted by anyone, until one gal finally called me back to get started. I tried communicating with her what I wanted and she wouldn’t listen and made snotty remarks when I tried telling she was doing it wrong. She gave me an absolutely terrible haircut. It was uneven, not the length I specified, and she missed spots. She made no small talk during our haircut.
She then made the mistake of pulling the apron off me incorrectly, which spilled hair all over and into my shoes. I said, «seriously?» and she said «Ya, it’s hair, it gets everywhere». I followed her to the counter where she told me it would be 20 bucks. I said, «20 bucks? Are you kidding me? That was the worst haircut I have ever had.» She then told me I was a f****** a**hole. I could not believe my ears.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I went in to get a simple trim on my long hair. I had a discussion with the stylist that I wanted as little as possible cut because I wanted to grow my hair out. She claimed she would only cut a half inch or so. I have long layers in my hair, and asked that they only be slightly trimmed, not drastically cut — my specific instruction!
The stylist, who I later found out is the manager, did the exact opposite of what I asked. When I got up to leave, I saw CHUNKS of my hair on the floor, along with pieces that were at least 2 inches long, if not more! When I got home, washed my hair and tried to style it, I realized just how badly she had eff’d up my hair. She completely changed the style, and not for the better. For the first time ever, I asked for my money back.
This is the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. The ends actually feel worse than they did before the haircut, which I didn’t even know was possible! The only explanation I can come up with is she used crap scissors that were dull, and ended up damaging my hair. The ends are actually «stringy» now, when they weren’t before; it doesn’t look, or feel, like it’s been cut. My hair feels worse than before I went in.
I HAD long beautiful hair with a style that I loved! Now I HATE my hair. I can’t stand looking at it every morning. I spent the last 2+ years growing my hair out and getting regular haircuts, and it paid off. It was great length and I could do different things. Now that’s all just gone. I will have to go somewhere else to fix this disaster, and get even more hair cut off!!! It’s going to take me the next 2 – 3 years to recover from the damage that (insert preferred explicative here) did in about 15 minutes! It’s been 3 days and I’m still in tears.
WARNING: If you are a female with long hair, DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I don’t want anyone else to suffer what I’m going through. And will have to continue to go through.

Went in to cut over 6 inches of hair off me and my son’s head. The ladies were sweet and did exactly what we asked from them. We didn’t wait very long at all to get cut as walk ins either.
