I had an appointment with Adriana, she did a great job on my hair. I ended up just doing a color, but i wanted a natural looking copper tone. The first few days it was really bright which is normal, and then it started to even out and i love the way it looks.

Since their students at different levels, it can be hit or miss. Just be careful with things like your hair. Because hair grows painfully slow. Overall they do decent pedi’s, well, my lady anyway, their not all the same. Of course I have only had one professional pedi my whole life, so I don’t have a lot to compare it to. Never had a mani. I really like their facials too and the prices can’t be beat. I don’t mind them practicing on me, well, not hair, I won’t even go to a professional for my hair after many many disasters. One of them was actually at this Phagans back in Jr High when I asked for long sexy side swept bangs with a slight wave that I had a photo of, but ended up with afro bangs because apparently my bangs got a super tight perm but I didn’t know what was happening. Then the other location in NE made my hair a brassy copper when I asked for light ash brown 4 years ago. The professionals were even worse, they made my hair green, then black, in their attempt to fix it. So yep, I do my own hair for life. Sorry, I digressed again. Anyway, they can practice on my nails and skin, my skin can’t get any worse, and the facials feel really nice because you get a little massage and they do so many steps that it just feels like something good must be happening inside my blemished blotchy uneven skin. Don’t forget to tip for really good service, the prices are low. Their tuition is not cheap. If you find someone you like, stick with them if you can, it’s not a place for experimentation! I just wish their hours were more reasonable.
