Came in and asked the guy if he would be able to do a full set in less than an hour and told him I was in a bit of a hurry, he replied yes by the time it was time that I had to leave he hadn’t even gotten to the filing part and I told him I had to leave he told me I could come in the next morning and have them finished I paid him 32 $. By the next day 4 nails had already broken off. I came in to say I wanted a refund. The women there told me he wasn’t there that day and he took my money so I could not have a refund. Completely rude and unprofessional. Will never return.

Katie took such great care and was so personal, she totally went the extra mile to take care of us. Absolutely relaxing atmosphere the chairs are incredible they relieve your stress for the deep massage it’s wonderful very pleasant it smells great in here, they also do waxing, their regular pedicure is the equivalent of someone’s deluxe pedicure I can’t even imagine what it’s like to be very very happy with the service you be a fool to pass this place by.

I did a walk in to get replacement solar nails. Usually when this is the case, once you do get assigned a lady, she does the whole job for you. Not this time, I was passed through no less than 3 hands to get my nails done. Now, they each did an excellent job, so I don’t think it was a case of trainees, I think it was a case of they wanted to take their afternoon breaks. One thing I REALLY liked, though, was that they didn’t use the UV light to set the solars. I am not a huge fan of blasting my fingers with high-​intensity UV lights, so the mere fact that they used paste and a buffer to shine my solars will make me a repeat customer.

I’ve hopped around to different nail shops all up and down Highway 99. I’m pretty particular about customer service but Rosy Nails has always accommodated me. A friend and I like to get our mani appointments at the same time so one isn’t waiting for the other. Not a problem at Rosy’s! Parking is never really an issue.
However I AM used to seeing a lot more selections of color in other places, but still, this place has my business for the time being. :)
