Once again I love my haircut that I got from Raven! I think I have found my hair kindred spirit. She’s easy to talk to and listens to what you want done with your hair. She is absolutely amazing! Can’t say enough good things.

Such great services and so so friendly! Raven was great to work with and really helped me get what I wanted out of the experience. My hair looks natural and I am so happy with the coloring! Nice clean salon and very organized with appointment reminders. Can’t wait to go back!

After being in Portland for 3 years. I tried a variety of salons and hairdressers; some ok, some not so ok. But Dede, the owner of Taglio, simply put knows hair. She has the experience to give good advice on what cut and color work with your hair and face. I’ve found my hair home!

This review is for Raven. She did a great job cutting my hair. I have been to a few different stylists in the area and think I have finally found the one! She was funny, nice, and paid attention to detail. I don’t think my hair has looked this good in years. I came in with bangs I tried to cut myself (what was I thinking?) and she totally saved them. I thought I would have to pin them back for a few months, but they are perfect. I asked that she cut my hair dry and she did it with no question. I straighten my hair before getting it cut because it is randomly wavy and doesn’t turn out well when cut wet. My hair is also long and thick, but she cuts all lengths of hair for women and men.
On a side note, the salon either made a mistake while scheduling me or tried to switch me later on, but when I showed up for my original appointment, they had me scheduled for someone else. I insisted I see Raven and they put me on the schedule with her the same day, so everything worked out. Just a word of advice, don’t go to anyone other than who you originally intended to have work on your hair or you may be disappointed. From what I could tell, this is a salon where self employed stylists rent spaces, so the talent level could vary.
Even though there was a scheduling mix up, I will continue going to see Raven at Taglio Salon because she is the best!

My hair was done by Rachel. Colors were not blended well, just overall not the best job.

I’ve been going to Diedra for 8 years. She is an expert at color and creative with hair styling, but always honoring my wishes. I’ve recommended her to many friends and family. All have continued to go to her.

I have seen Raven twice now and loved my haircut! I’m growing my hair out but needed a trim to make it more manageable and she actually listens to what you have to say and makes it happen. I’m definitely going back!

Ask for Deedee. On second thought, anyone that Deedee hires has to be top-​notch. So you’re probably fine with anyone you get. Tigard is lucky to have this salon. Go there, get a nice complimentary glass of wine with your haircut/​style, and enjoy. I had my hair done somewhere else out of necessity and I immediately regretted not coming back to Taglio. I now drive a long distance to go here.

I went to taglio salon for the first time absolutely loved it. Raven, my stylist, was adorable and made my hair look amazing! She did exactly what I wanted and made me feel like a whole new me :) I’m definitely going back to raven!

I’m a dude so getting a haircut is usually a utilitarian affair and I want to get done and out as soon as possible. My wife and I had an anniversary coming up so I wanted to look super spiffy for our night out and started asking friends where I can get an actual haircut. A neighbor lady told me that she saw a stylist named Raven regularly at Taglio so she gave me their number and I called and asked specifically for Raven. All i can say is: wow! She made me feel super comfortable as we got to know each other while she was cutting my hair. She was giving me tips on how to keep my hair in it’s best condition and was schooling me on all the current hairstyles (I’m incredibly un-​hip to today’s fashion). Best of all, my wife LOVED my hair and we had an incredible night *wink wink*. If you ever go to Taglio, ask for Raven and enjoy the experience.

I went here based off what the former Unilocal review said and I have to say Didi the owner did my haircut and i love it! she was fantastic, heard what I wanted and gave her recommendation and I love it. we chatted the whole time and it went by so quick. she also recommended a good shampoo and conditioner for my sensitive scalp hair, which has worked out very nicely thus far. I will definitely see Didi again and recommend her to anyone.

I’ve seen Jenna about 4 times and she did a great job with my very curly hair each time. I had a bad haircut experience that has made afraid to go anywhere, so did some research and found good reviews for her. Only 4 stars because she scolds me every time for waiting 4 – 5 months between hair cuts. The salon is nice, and they are always friendly and offer a drink when I come in so it’s worth a visit

I followed my hair stylist, Diedre, to this place after her last salon was sold to a big nasty chain. She is awesome and this place is a great place to get services from my trusted stylist. The place is clean, the receptionist nice, the chairs and sinks are all perfect. Everyone seems perfectly happy to be there. I am glad Diedre (the one I would follow anywhere — she rocks at color and cuts) landed here — the place seems efficient and all the people seem happy to be there — a good thing.

I have been seeing Erin Elsenbach for years and when she moved to Taglio Salon I didn’t hesitate to follow her there. She is the best! I change my hair a lot, so I’m always asking her for different styles/​color combos. I’m never disappointed and I always love my hair (as well as my friends and family who give me numerous compliments)! She is great, she makes the perfect recommendations when I need inspiration, and always listens to what I want. Besides that, it’s like visiting an old friend, Erin is always happy and smiling, I have so much fun chatting with her while she is doing my hair, I look forward to my hair appointments! I always know I will leave happy, and I can’t say that about salon’s I have visited in the past. Erin, please never move away!

I’ve been seeing Hanna Blazer at Taglio for about 6 months now. I came to her because I was looking for someone in the area who specialized in balayage, and I am so glad I found her. Hanna is friendly, personable and great at what she does. Happy that I finally found someone out in the burbs that meets my hair needs.
P. S. Like most salons, you are offered water, coffee, wine etc when you arrive. Unlike most salons, you can also choose to have Trader Jose’s cerveza in a beer mug. ¡Olé!

I was referred by a friend and her hair ALWAYS looks amazing I tried getting in with her stylist but I ended up running late (my fault) and had to see another stylist. I got the worst haircut ever I waited a couple months to let it grow out donor
Could get fixed well let me tell you the stylist was shocked at what she had to work with. It took her over an hour just to get my hair even and to where she could get to the actual cut. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!!

Jenna at Taglio Salon has been my hairdresser for 4 years. She does an excellent job with curly hair and my cut and color always looks fantastic! She listens to what I want and offers suggestions that work great for my hair. Everyone at the salon is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

I will never go anywhere else (ok, I will follow Jenna wherever she goes, but for now she’s here so that’s where I’ll continue to go)! Jenna knows my haircut, it’s perfection every time and we always have great conversations. I’ve paid 40 $ for a cut that looked like it came straight out of Great Clips at other salons, 40 $ here is a steal. Love Taglio!

I have always bounced from hair stylist and salon to hair stylist and salon. After moving to Eugene, OR and back I decided that I needed to find a stylist and a salon that fits me and my hectic schedule. A friend of mine referred me to Sara Leathers at Taglio and for everyone out there, I am going to make this same recommendation to you: GO. See Sara. You will not be disappointed.
It has been a few years since that initial recommendation and I could not be happier. Sara seems to know me inside and out and steers me into cuts and colors that look best on me, not necessarily what looks best in a magazine.
If you are looking for a stylist that is amazing not only with new haircuts and styles, but also with color, then Sara is the one for you.

I love Taglio Salon! The owner, Deedee, has been my hair stylist for over ten years now, and she just opened Taglio a few years ago. I love coming here, its such a nice place to relax! I am greeted with a glass of wine and all the gossip magazines I can hold! Deedee is the best, especially for curly hair! She always listens to what I want, does amazing cuts and colors, and I hope this salon stays open FOREVER:)
