What can I say, other than, «Praise God Almighty!!!». Thank You, Jesus, for directing me here! Service was top notch. Environmental atmosphere is fresh, clean, classy, old fashioned yet modern at the same time, friendly, lots of big open windows to let natural light in. Comfortable and professional seating. It felt almost too good to be true (Perhaps the shop name has something to do with this, can I get an «Amen!» from all you Jesus lovers out there?). I felt similarly to how I feel when I am in a good friend’s living room/​home. Quick, professional, customer-​oriented, patient, and kind service from receptionist Kaylee, Cliff, Vince, and Pat… You rock! Thank you. Just plain thank you!
I confidently do recommend this establishment as your next stop for automobile servicing. I drove out of the parking lot smiling, content, and, get this, at peace having been so well-​heard.

I come to Reborn Automotive regularly for service on my Volkswagon and Mazda vehicles, both over 10 years old. The shop does a good job, and the staff members are friendly. seem knowledgable and communicate well with me on car service and status. They advise me in advance of work that may need to be done at the next visit. I am a regular customer.

These guys are great. Friendly. Tell it like it is. Totally trustworthy. When we were planning to replace our beloved — but unreliable — Saabs they told us «don’t get another Saab unless you want to keep spending time and money with us». We took their advice. They still get our business and do a great job with it, but we see them a lot less :-)

I called Reborn in my professional capacity on behalf of a family I am working with. Inquired about the possibility of a repair in a short period of time. Did let the woman I spoke with know that a community organization would be assisting with payment of the repairs, but I did not ask for a reduced repair cost. I was told that they were a «very expensive shop» and that they «charge more than the average shop». They promptly referred me to another shop. I was shocked by their reaction.

I have brought my last 3 cars here for what ever needs to be done. Everyone who works here is honest, welcoming and nice. It’s hard to find good mechanics so I feel truly blessed that these guys (and lady) are around.

I am impressed with this place. I only got a $ 35 vehicle check but it was worth its weight in gold. It was remarkably thorough and the employee I spoke with broke it down and did not patronize me at all. He was clear that their hourly rate is higher than most places. I really appreciated the transparency. He didn’t try to upsell or pressure me. They didn’t carry my tires so he directed me to lesschwab (who notably also do not carry my tires, but I found a place). Although I can’t speak to their work, the limited experience I had with them was good enough that I want to recommend them. For only $ 35 it’s worth it to see what’s wrong with your car and go from there.

Been going there for a number of years, mostly for oil changes, and have been generally satisfied. Today was different, though. Went in for the oil change and ended up paying an added $ 500 because the threads on my oil pan screw were stripped. Not sure how that happened, but the last shop who put in the screw and the shop that took it out were both Reborn, so it seems to be they must have over tightened the screw or used excessive force getting it out. Regardless, I will not return.

When Esquire Motors shut down so Kurt and Kathy could retire, they recommended Reborn. We had been with Esquire for about 30 years. Several years later, our experience with Reborn is similar. Trustworthy and honest. Today my brake light went on. Turned out to be a tire problem; they said go to Les Schwab, who found a screw and piece of metal and repaired their tire. I liked that honesty.
Reborn found unrelated brake issues, but didn’t push them. I knew about them and they were fixed. Reborn is the place for auto issues. If time tells me otherwise I’ll write again, but this place is really good.

Ive been going to Reborn Auto for about 6 years now to get my cars fixed and tuned up and Ive always had a good experience — until recently I asked for a quote for some small button repair. Instead they just went ahead and fixed it and charged me.
I was upset and explained that I hadn’t authorized the charge. A week later Vince mailed me a check with an apology. I thought that was so honest and really awesome. I feel like now I can depend on them to be honest with me. I can take my cars there because they care about their customers and are not trying to rip them off.
Kudos on being an honest car repair business.

A friend recommended this place to me. I was going on a 2400 mile road trip and needed my car checked out before I left. The technicians knew I was going to be waiting, so they bumped up my appointment on the spot (thanks guys!). I ended up waiting for about 3 hours while they checked everything out, despite an original callback time six or seven hours after my appointment.
There were some things that needed fixing in my car, but I was able to talk to the technician and figure out what really needed to be done that day and what could wait. I didn’t feel pressured. They were friendly and attentive.

They do a great job with excellent customer service and great attention to detail. But you pay dearly for it. They are undeniably more expensive than my other favorite place – Fix’ Um Haus (which doesn’t have near the same quality but has great pricing). I think both companies are high-​integrity.

Love my shop. Everyone here has always provided fabulous friendly service. I brought my Mitsubishi Eclipse in for service and to fix a start/​stall issue. They could not duplicate it and spend a good amount of time try to. They didn’t even charge me for the first days attempt. It had to do with the anti-​theft mechanism in my engine. My keys with computer chips conflicted with each other. They figured it out, fixed the code error and I was up and running again. The biggest thing I take away from my visit is Mike’s empathy for my start/​stall issue.
They even found a slight leak in my front cam shaft ring and said it was not worth the money to repair. How often does that happen?!

Re-​born was recommended to me by a friend. After taking my car there a few times, I can see why. They really are top-​quality mechanics and no, they do not rip you off. I found them very conscientious of the customer’s budget. One time they gave me a list of needed repairs and went through it with me line by line to help me prioritize so I could get the most important work done now. They take the time to explain the car issues to you in layman’s terms. They also have a very quick-​turn around for completing their services. Most recently I only waited about 45-​minutes for a replaced battery. They are well-​staffed and have beautiful facilities.
Yes, you could probably get their services a little cheaper if you know something about cars or have a mechanic friend, but that goes for most places. For me, knowing I can trust Re-​born is worth paying the price for peace of mind.

Car repair can be as dreadful as going the dentist. Everywhere you go you wonder if you are getting taken advantage of and most times come away feeling like you were. Well worry no longer.
I started going to re-​born 5 years ago after my car was totalled by an uninsured driver (GRRRR) and I bought my dad’s Trooper. Re-​born kept it humming along so nicely, with great customer service. A nice waiting room, a excellent shuttle to take you to and from your house or work. The best part is they really do stand behind their work with an 18 month warrenty.
We sold the trooper but now take or Honda mini van exlusively to re-​born. They have kept it in great shape fixed codes for little or no charge that would have (and have been 100s of dollars with the dealer before). They ALWAYS let me know what is up with the car and the safety check lets me be incharge and keeps my mind at ease for our family’s safety.
I have had a fair amount of work done on two cars there now. The prices are fair, and the work has been spot on. If you have car troubles or are just looking for a good shop to avoid the troubles, this is the place to go!
