Rose City Vapors is a great place to get all your vaping needs. You can get house made juice and a good selection of mods. Marcus is the man and can get you want you need. Very friendly and will answer all questions you may have. Give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Was visiting this area from California and ended up checking this place out due to thier star rating being among the top in the area. I went there and was happy that they made their own liquids. This was pretty cool because they customized the flavor I wanted. It turned out awesome. Good deal!

I found rose city vapors by accident. Best accident I ever made! Now its my main shop and Marcus has become a good friend. His juices are on point! All are good but pineapple delight would have to be my favorite! Skyrockets in flight… Lol

I stopped in on a whim to check out what this place was all about. I learned a lot from Marcus. This independent shop will most certainly become my «go to» spot. There are no premium liquids, Marcus mixes them all up on the spot. It is a build your own environment. If you can think it he can make it. The prices are far lower than any other location in Portland. I am so happy with the service, knowledge and the quality of my first mix. Rose City Vapors has earned a new long term customer here!

Grate brick and mortar Marcus was super helpful and knowledgable and his custom juices are amazing I suggest ghost milk. But he will mix you anything you want off of his long flavor list on the spot and come up with a grate name for it as well.

I was in Portland visiting for the weekend, I’ve been wanting to switch from my pen to a mod but honestly had no clue what I wanted. After researching different vape stores for days, I finally decided to give Rose City Vapors a try, and I am really glad I did.
Marcus was extremely helpful, helped me pick out an awesome mod, walked me through everything I needed to do to get everything set up, and even set the coils and everything up for me before I left. He never tried to upsell me, which I loved. It was just all around an awesome awesome AWESOME experience.
Another reason I especially loved this shop is that the liquids are custom blended. Personally I prefer the custom blended liquids to the commercially blended ones, I think the flavors are just better that way, thats just my opinion though.
I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Portland area, if you live there or are just passing through, you should definitely stop in and give them a try. Good prices, good liquids, and again Marcus was extremely helpful!

We stopped in there to check out there juice line. Im always in the hunt for a better ejuice flavor. Found out they dont carry any juice lines. They custom mix there own flavors. We ended up getting a few flavors my gf wanted. He mixed them up for her right there on the spot. I think i will be back to have him try and mix me up a few custom flavors.
They had some pretty good set ups to get u started on vaping plus nice rda & rba clones for u more experienced vapors out there.
I really think this could be the next level of vaping out there. Going to special vape shops to custom make yoir juices. Just hope they dont start calling themselves «boutique» and start charging more lol. Keep up the good work guys i think u have a interesting niche in the market. Oh and my disclaimer for the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is i would like to see more authentic mods and rebuildables

This place is amazing! Marcus has always been helpful with all my questions and mixes me up any flavor I want with any vg/​pg mix I like. This is my go to spot for new upgrades/​coils/​flavors/​advice and I highly recommend giving his house made flavors a try.

When I wrote my original review Rose City Vapors at the time only carried vape gear that was geared towards people who were just getting into vaping. Since then they have added mech mods, RDA’s and RTA’s to their inventory. At very reasonable prices compared to other shops around town. Marcus the owner and the only person who I have ever seen work there is cool energetic. And has always been eager to help anyone coming into the shop and helping them with any of the questions they have had. He recently expanded into the other side of the shop and now has more room than ever for you to come in see what he has and to help you with his purchase.

I personally recommend the Thug Passion and the Ghost Milk both taste great in tanks and even better on RDA’s

Fantastic vapor shop! For a first time vapor user it was so easy to talk to the staff (go see marcus) about help and/​or knowledge surrounding vapors. I feel very comfortable in the shop and its very clean and oraganized, with good music and laughs! I ended up hanging out in there and mingling with the staff for a while, felt right at home! They have TONS of options and awesome selection of colors and choices. HIGHLY recommend visiting RCV, i will be returning very often!

Best vape shop I’ve ever been to. Tons of supplies and flavors to choose from. I didn’t really know much about the specifics but the staff is helpful and got me exactly what I needed!

On the 8^th day as God looked down upon all that he had bestowed to mankind he couldn’t help but think there was something missing. He pondered this quandary for quite some time then was struck with a rare moment of clarity. «Perhaps I shall create a vape shop for all of mankind to frequent and purchase products that help them relax after a day of tribulations». God went to work and decided that 106^th and Sandy Blvd. would be the mecca. This mecca still stands today and provides consumers in the Portland metro area with all of their Vape needs and more. Great shopping experience. I’m a little older, (late 50’s) and heard about vapeing but was a little confused about the many choices of product. I went to another PDX shop but didn’t really feel welcome. But at this shop, Marcus, was easy to understand and had a very helpful, friendly attitude. I left feeling confident that I’d made informed decisions.
I think this vape phenomena is only going to grow, because it seems as satisfying as smoking cigarettes but without the stink, sickness and high cost.
This guy running the place comes off like a winner, I know he made me feel like one.

Rose city vapors has the biggest selection of E-​Juice in Portland. My favorite flavors are Kung-​Fu Panda, Cotton Candy, Grape Juice and Orange Cream. The best part is, if there is a flavor that you want the owner will mix it for you and let you name it!!! You can also choose the percentage of Nicotine you would like, or you can choose to not have any! The pricing is very affordable and there is a huge selection of different pens to choose from. I highly recommend this place!

Rose City Vapors is the best Vape shop in Portland! If I could give more than five stars I would. We have been there multiple times to purchase product and have never been disappointed. Every time we go it is a very friendly and efficient visit. We always receive quality product. I would recommend this shop over the others, especially if you’re looking to variety, efficiency, and overall great customer satisfaction!
