I absolutely love this vape shop. The owner and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Their juice selection is awesome and they make their own incredible flavor combinations. They can customize your nicotine level and if you’re ever not satisfied, do not hesitate to stop back in because they will make it right. Cannot say enough good things about this vape shop.

Every time I visit this shop I cringe a little. The place is usually dirty and disorganized, and it seems like the employees (and clientele) are consistently high on meth.
The lady working today was a total mess. She knocked several bottles off the shelves, had no idea where anything was, kept forgetting the answers I gave to her questions (what strength do I vape and what flavors do I like), and then continuously offered me flavors and nicotine levels that I do not care for.
After ten minutes of her rambling on about a bunch of nonsense that had nothing to do with the juice I was trying to buy I finally gave up and left empty handed.

Vapes 4 Less was a pleasant surprise. After dealing with a place in Vancouver that had absolutely the WORST customer service, it was nice to walk in the door and get GREAT customer service. I will continue to drive to Portland and give my business to them. THANKS

I continue to love Vapes 4 Less for their customer service and knowledge of products. In my previous review I talked about Tim’s philosophy of customer service. Well, it’s not just the first time you come in and buy something. It’s also when you come back and you’re not quite happy. The husbutch is now a regular customer, and Tim remembers to ask about me. Who does that? Who *does* that?!? I had to return the grinder he’d lent me, so I walked in the store, and he greeted me. He told me he’d done extra research on another botanical vape he thought I might like better, if I was interested. We talked about this vape, one I’d considered out of my budget initially. And I told him I wasn’t quite happy with the one I’d purchased originally. We went over specs, reasons why the higher-​priced one might fit my needs better… and I decided to return my original purchase. We negotiated an excellent return percentage for both of us since it was now a used product. I walked out a Happy Camper with a botanical vape that I truly love and have absolutely no intention of returning.
Tim has time for everyone who walks through his door, and will adjust your mod and let you know how to keep it working properly («You’re vaping at too high a temp. That’s why your juice tastes burnt.»). He knows his regulars, their preferences, asks how their new choices worked out… and you can’t beat that kind of customer service with Unicorn Vomit (where do they come up with these names?).

I’ve been to a handful of vape shops/​shops that sell E-​juice. This place has the best selection. i personally prefer menthol and this place has the best. all other shops menthol juice is terrible in comparison. all the other menthols I have tried are way too tobacco-​ey flavored and it completely takes away from the actual menthol taste. tried and true. The owners are great, friendly and have always been helpful with any questions or help that I’ve needed. 2 thumbs up!

Pleasant surprise I got this afternoon stopping by here for the first time this afternoon. I decided to try this shop because the store I usually go for a particular brand of e juice has gotten rather hit or miss lately with regard to what they have in stock.
I show up to find a tiny shop, with a lot of customers for such a small location, so I sample some other flavors while waiting. When I went to pick out the juices I wanted, they were out of the particular nicotine level I use, so the owner grabs two bottles of other strengths, one higher and one lower and runs into the back to make up a mixture matching my level.
I’ve been to a number of vape shops in the Portland area and was FLOORED (in a good sense) to get such personalized attention for what ended up being relatively inexpensive items. I’ve never had a shop even offer to make a specialized bottle up on the fly if they were out of stock.
