I had some bumper work and a minor buff out of a scrape done. Fast, reasonable and friendly.

Great experience and fair price. Loved the woman who helped navigate my insurance claim.
The insurance work was done and they gave me a good price on fixing a few little dings (non-​insurance work)
My car looks great and they completed the job right on schedule.

My husband got in an accident and the car was ruined in the front. The people at Southwest fixed the problem perfectly. The car looked brand new. Also, the owner worked with the insurance company to get us the best parts, we didn’t have to do anything. When I got the car it was clean inside and out. Very pleased!

Just too many problems to recommend this shop to anyone. The owner, Greg, is always on the edge of bad mood. Dual exhaust tips were not aligned symmetrically and the bumper was not aligned with the body of the car. Greg told that was as good as it gets. It very disappointing to have to redo Greg’s assembly work myself. It was even worse to note it took me 2.5 hrs. to do what Greg had charged 7.5 hrs. to do.
Paint was only a mediocre match in both color and texture. Parts that should have been masked-​off were instead painted over.
I tried to present concerns as nicely and gently as possible, but was met with a fury and profanities.
Mediocre work here and you get yelled at for speaking up.

They did a quick dent repair to my VW Tiguan. Looks great. And they picked me up when it was done! Got to love a happy car service experience!

This is a family-​owned, local business and they are amazing! They even helped me look at used cars and provided assistance on what to purchase. I was in an accident and had to work with the other person’s insurance company, which was apparently a nightmare and SW Auto Body dealt with the insurance. I didn’t have to make 1 phone call. I simply had to drop my vehicle off and get my rental. They have given me rides to work and come to my work to work on my vehicle. I trust them 100%. I am a customer for life!

Apparently in some SW neighborhoods people don’t look when they back out of their driveway. My parked car has been hit twice that way on two different streets.
sigh.
SW Auto Body gave me a good bid. When I picked up the car (that I had left quite dirty as cars get in the summer) the car was clean inside & out and I could not detect anything indicating a repair. They did an excellent job.
It took a day more than the amount of time they promised. It took longer because they kindly offered to fix my door handle in addition to the body work. They kept in communication with me and offered the additional repair (which I paid for) which pleased me-​the door handle was unusable. They found one and called me to ask if I would like to have it corrected as they had the door off.
I was pleased with everyone I spoke to at this shop. I would recommend them.
