Went to a s’tile today for the first time, was met by two wonderful women who were both interior designers. Both were very eager to help and to share their experience. It didn’t hurt that the showroom was well set up to showcase their great tile selection. We got our tile picked and met some good people at the same time. A good day!

Excellent, excellent customer service. I have been in a few times in recent weeks narrowing down my decision for new bathroom tile. Each time I was assisted by someone different, and each time was a pleasant, informative interaction.
S’Tile is the local source for Gainey Ceramics tiles. They help keep the cost down by providing a weekly truck down to the factory. Often, when you purchase tile, just when you think you can swallow the cost, you’re hit with a «freight» charge on top of it all, and tile is heavy, so that is often not an insignificant charge. Thankfully that is not the case here.
The S’Tile showroom is open bright and early to the public, but they do not sell directly to the public. Rather, you can source the tile through local tile stores (my current favorite for pricing is Color Tile). That means there is zero pressure to buy when you wander the showroom.
You can also check out samples for about 30 days. Things look different in a show room than they do in the room you’re remodeling, so you have to see the materials in the room in which they will be installed. I recently picked up several shades of green tile for consideration, and decision-​making was quick once I saw the tile in the bathroom.
This is a terrific showroom worthy of browsing.
