The manager here must be a real dick to his homeless customers. There’s all these ridiculous rules: you have to leave your bag outside to get wet/stolen, you have to purchase a six inch in order to have the almighty privilege to use their bathroom(although when I was there I saw the employee give the code to someone who only bought coffee, and I appreciated that), but what bothers me most is the seating area isn’t open all hours. I’m disabled, I walk with a cane. And when I asked for a seat, the employee was really rude to me. When I asked when they opened their seating area he gave me this vague answer of «sometime between seven and nine.». Thanks. Super helpful. I filled out a survey on their website, hopefully the district manager or somebody gets back to me. Because the way I was treated was unacceptable. I found a seat on a bench outside, but it was 6 a.m. and really cold and, call me spoiled, but I feel like if I just spent $ 11 for a sandwich with not enough vegetables(they were really skimpy about it. Like way less than a serving size.), I’m entitled to a place to fucking sit.

My boyfriend just brought home the most disgusting sandwiches from this Subway. I will post a picture, it was not edible and can only be describes as a runny, soggy, and defiling. We will be calling and hopefully getting our money back. EDIT: I went back after the manager, Ryan, offered to remake the sandwiches. Definitely much better service. He clearly cared about not only making the customer happy but also fixing the problem. Both of the team members were super nice and understanding.

3rd time to come to this location and have been pleased every time! Thank you late night subway for all those times I don’t want to cook. Service has been great too!

Shocked by the bad reviews! I’ve been here a few times and this subway is 5 stars for me. Friendly staff and yummy subs(fresh ingredients) always open. What more could you want? I will definitely keep returning!

I normally enjoy Subways often. However I have visited this location several times, each time I enjoy it less and less. When I first stepped into this location it looks neat and tidy, however the smell can be almost overwhelming, in a bad way. It smells of mold and mildew, like you were stepping into an old farm cellar. It has Smelt like this the past two visits, however today’s visit made me walk out. I decided that it was Portland and damp buildings are normal. I ordered my sandwich Foot long tuna toasted on honey oat, pepper-jack cheese, all the veggies with the exception on tomato and pickles. The sandwich lacked flavor, tuna tasted weird as if it had been washed of all its flavor and made with day old mayo. The honey oat bread normally has a sweet nutty flavor that is brought out in the oven, this time it had lacked any and all sweetness. As for the vegetables, they all looked good but did not have much flavor with the exception of the green peppers and jalapenos. It was an awful sandwich. I only ate a few bites before tossing the whole thing away. The Staff were nice and helpful, there were no customers in line when i showed up. There was one girl behind the window making my sandwich as mine was in the oven, another girl came out charged me for my sandwich than finished it up. They staff was pleasant and quick. As I am sure you can see my main concern here is the smell and the quality of food in this location.

Service ruined it for me. Was all excited there is a 24 hour subway near my house and I have now been there quite a few times, but I’d rather go at night, they actually listen to what you want on your sandwich. FYI to the workers, just because you work for subway doesn’t mean you don’t need to not have customer service skills. That needs to be worked on. Specially to the chick with the pink hair and attitude.

yep, it’s a subway. this location recently opened in old town/chinatown. fortuitously(?), it is one block from my work. open 24 hours. $ 1.0040 oz. soft drink refills(anytime(tomorrow, next week, etc.) — you just have to keep/bring your cup back with you). the staff have been super friendly and nice, which is always a plus. jared approved this message.
