Omg so super delish I can’t wait to go back to this quaint wine bar.

According to their website, there was a flood inside and when it’s all cleaned up, they shall return. Let’s just say that the Flight has been delayed due to circumstances beyond their control.

My heart breaks every time I walk by the vacant storefront that was Superjet. It was so good and so short lived. Superjet, please come back!

This place was great, but had a flood and is now closed. We’ll all miss it.

Best tuna fish sandwich in the known world. The recipe somehow convinced me putting apples and lemon in tuna was worth doing, and I’m a person who doesn’t like apples in anything except for pie. Great coffee drinks. Great wine by the glass and by the bottle. Fantastic cheese! I have been wanting French cheese since I visited Paris and now here it is. Oh la la! I love sitting out on the patio and I love Superjet and am so, so happy it is here.

The defunct Cloud 7 is now owned but Andy Diaz, owner of Backbird Wine and Atomic Cheese on Fremont. A friend of mine and I went in a couple of weeks ago to check it out. This place is ideally located right on Jamison Square and has a nice patio, perfect for people watching. The interior leans more toward minimalistic than cozy, although there is a couch to lounge on. There seems to be an identity crisis as It is a combo, breakfast, coffee, smoothie, lunch wine and cheese spot but Superjet wears it well. Kind of a one stop shop, if you will. I agree with a previous poster that it would be nice to have an option for a less expensive cheese plate. I know that the new owner is still working some things out and will be making changes to accommodate the voice of the neighbors. Once he discovers what people are wanting, he will adapt accordingly in his ever accommodating nature.

If you have buckets of money and time on your hands, you could decide on the spur of the moment to get a ticket to Paris for a summer weekend and sit on the terrace by a busy square with a fountain, sipping wine, sampling cheese and watching the stylish and beautiful people go by. Or if your budget is more restrained maybe you’d like to go to Superjet on a summer afternoon and sit on the terrace by Jamison Square, sipping wine, sampling cheese, and watching the stylish and beautiful people go by. Your choice — I won’t judge. Personally, I’ve misplaced my buckets of money and so I’m going to get a few friends together and hang out at Superjet again. Besides the aforementioned wine and cheese, they proffer a selection of panini and pastries, Bowery Bagels, Intelligentsia Coffee and a small selection of draft beers. When we visited they had the esteemed Pilsner Urquell and Caldera’s IPA on the one hand, but also the mystifying choices of Blue Moon or Boont Amber. It would be nice to see them give us some beer discoveries on a par with their wine finds. After two very pleasant afternoons there, I’m looking forward to getting myself to Superjet for breakfast so I can try their house-made Northwest granola. I’ll bet they don’t have that at the hypothetical Parisian bistro.
