Taco Bell

This is the best Taco Bell in Clackamas/​Portland area. They are all very friendly even though they are constantly busy. On Halloween I was craving a brisk half tea half lemonade and the guy working bought it for me! I work at a restaurant and do that for people sometimes but never have had it done for me. It was very nice!

For Taco Bell this is pretty darn good.
They were friendly enough when they took our order.
The food came fresh in a reasonable amount of time.
All the food was pretty good taking into consideration this is a Taco Bell and not fine dining.
The seating area was clean.
All was good.

literally the worst Taco Bell to go to ever. not only will you be waiting in the drive thru for about 6 hours cause they take their sweet time getting your order out, but you’ll probably waiting about 5 hours if you go in. WORST PLACE.

Worst, slowest drive-​thru I have ever been unfortunate to be in. Wanted to back out but couldn’t, 30 minutes on a Wednesday evening!!!

I hope the owner of this franchise reads and takes to heart constructive criticism. Your store is horribly managed, at least on the weekend. I come in a couple of times a month on Sunday morning for breakfast, and it’s not uncommon to find someone working the front counter who can’t find a single breakfast item on the cash register (they say they haven’t been trained to do breakfast) and have to get someone from the back to help. Why is someone who isn’t trained on breakfast working the register during breakfast? Today’s visit was especially problematic (⁶⁄₂₁). I came in at about 10:05 a.m. to a mostly empty restaurant. It took at least 30 seconds for the person manning the front register to get to his station — he was in the back, for some reason. After taking my order, he returned again to the back. Meanwhile, more customers came in, and they also had to wait. It took at least five minutes to receive my food; surely that does not meet Taco Bell quality standards for speedy service. And when my food was finally ready, the person who brought it out mumbled a name and left. She should have at least stayed there to verify the right person took the food, and that the order was correct.

I thought I was getting fast-​food when I went through this location’s drive thru. I was wrong. Dead wrong. I waited so long in this drive-​thru that I turned off my car. I’m disappointed in you Taco Bell. They weren“t even busy.
The only redeeming action was hooking up dat fire sauce. ;)

Not impressed and feeling a lil underwhelmed! terrible service, portion control is way under specs and employees could use a lesson in hygiene and appearance NOT going to give another try tired of being disappointed by a fast food hopeful.

I can’t believe that I am writing a review about a fast food restaurant but this place is run very well, in fact one of them told me that they were in the top 10 of the region and I believe it
They hire very cool people who are fun and friendly and do a good job
It’s hard to believe you’re at the far end of town
They are the only fast food franchise that I ever remember them at the drive-​through suggesting ways I could save more money and letting me know what things are on sale at the time
I’m serious, I actually enjoy going there

I love this store, it’s the best one in Portland, always great food and friendly service… I will drive 10 miles to go here before any other

They slapped my food together and threw it in the bag like it was garbage, the steak tasted like rubber and was only on half of my quesadia. Worst service I ever got from taco bell and they weren’t even busy.

Might want to put the meat inside the quesadilla next time instead of the wrapper.

The staff is great and always super friendly. A few of us from work eat here at least once a week.
When they were training a new employee and we came in, the veteran employees said «Be nice to these ladies! They are regulars!» They have our orders memorized and always give the best service.
(We love them so much– we even ordered through them for a staff meeting!)

No offense to Taco Hell, but you are about as much «Mexican» as Velveeta is cheese.

Taco Bell is 88% awesome. If you’ve been there, you know it :)
