Rambo is the best, a true professional who’s expertise is equalled by his dedication to client service. Rambo helped us look for a house in Portland while we were still in Seattle. He emailed us listings and educated us about the market. When we came to Portland for a week to look at houses he showed us several each day, zeroing in on our preferences as we went along and getting closer to the target day-​by-​day. When we fell in love with a house we saw listed online, Rambo jumped right on it for us even though it was not one he’d shown us. We found the listing on a Friday, and Rambo spent the entire weekend working on it for us, even walking though the house and taking videos to send to us. Relying on Rambo’s videos and description of the house we made an offer without even seeing the house, got it accepted (over competing offers), and had signed papers late Sunday night. Rambo arranged the home inspections, etc. and continues to impress us as we rely on him through the process towards our closing. With Rambo’s help we are confident we will close on schedule and look forward to moving into our dream house. Yay Rambo!
