Yep, another 5 star review from me. I can’t help it, there are just so many damn good options around here. When I’m feeling gluttonous, Good & Evil Wrap Co. is the place I go. I know they have a whole«good» side of the menu but I’m not the type to be inclined to order anything off that. I go for the aptly named fat boy wrap. Steak, fries, cheese, special sauce, onions, and bell peppers. So ridiculous. So good. The steak is seasoned perfectly and the special sauce really ties the whole thing together. Plus it’s massive, I can never finish it on my first try! So evil, and so right.

First time here and opted for a naked style Black n Blue wrap. This meant it basically comes in a bowl. If you’re low carb, gluten free or paleo this place is right up your alley. I didn’t order extra lettuce and next time I will have them add avocado.

Hours of operation: 1 star Of ALL of the times we’ve been to Cartlandia(over a dozen), «Good and Evil» has been opened exactly twice. Friendliness of employee /proprietor: 2 stars When we placed our order, the sole person in the truck acted as though we were hugely inconveniencing him by having the audacity to place an order. I think he probably realized this because he was MUCH friendlier when he’d finished preparing what we ordered, and gave it to us Quality, flavor, and portion size: 5 stars I’d never believe a wrap could be anything other than«good», but everything here was absolutely top notch. The size is huge, the freshness is unparalleled, and the flavors are off-the-charts amazing. Nothing is overdone or over-seasoned, but the flavors are well-defined and blend harmoniously into a magical and wonderful complexity. We’ll definitely be back, and hope they’re more consistent with the hours of operation. I attribute the lack of friendliness to whoever was manning the truck having an off day or an off moment.

One of my favorite food carts in the Portland Area. It resides in the Cartopia area near the back. Takes awhile for the food to come but it is definitely amazing. I always skip the Good side(why I’ll always be a chubby bunny) and skip straight to the Evil. Actually I only ever order the Fat Boy with avacado. So freaking amazing. I’m going to go drive there right now and order one.

Best wraps in Portland ever! Business like this show that food carts can deliver food service experience(literally). Good food selection and nice people running the business. I highly recommend this food cart!

Got the special of the week chili chili bang bang. Got a huge wrap for the $ 8 price tag and it was pretty delicious. Lots of ingredients and they don’t skimp on the good stuff.

I don’t rate service, ambiance, cleanliness and wait times; they are too variable. I can put up with anything if the food is good. It is all about the food– that’s it. All of my ratings are based on vegan options only. Notes: The lettuce was so crisp! Can’t get over that. Tomatoes and avocado perfect ripeness. Finally a place who gives you an adequate amount of tempeh and knows how to cook it. The flavor of it was fantastic. High quality ingredients. A couple cons– It needed more vinegarette, so ask for extra. It was good, but I could barely taste it. Also, I could make this at home. It’s pretty basic. Tastes like a simple salad. Nothing crazy to set it apart from me doing that other than its super fresh produce and convenience. I would try one of the more unique wraps on the menu next time.

Top notch healthy wraps. Highly recommended. Try the detox wrap, cajun chicken, breakfast wraps. Service is great. It’s not instant it takes a few minutes to get your order but I’d rather have it done right with quality ingredients then have it be rushed.

Was searching for some food around the city, stumbled upon this place on Unilocal.Read the reviews and being from WA thought I’d make it an adventure and check it out on my way out of town. To my surprise it was in an awesome little area full of other food trucks called Cartlandia! The lady working was super friendly. They have the healthier/fresh options, the good and the evil menu with deliciously gluttonous sounding options. I ordered off the good menu, the sweet lime chicken wrap. Hands down THEBEST wrap I’ve ever had! Will definitely be coming back each time I visit Portland!

The Breakfast wrap with maple syrup is so good, yet so evil.

After doing a lap of all 30 Cartlandia cart menus, G&E seemed like a good fit. Going off the cooks recommendation I went with the Sweet Lime Chicken Wrap. Being a «Good» wrap, it was perfect in freshness, price, portion and presentation. The scrumptious combo of ingredients left me feeling absolutely fabulous! I will be back.

This places rules. Been here a few times with the boyfriend — he gets the bad and I get the good. Love that we have those options. I leave feeling stuffed yet healthy, and he’s fat and happy. Wish this was a little closer into se.

Healthier options was what I was going for with the chicken lime wrap In a whole wheat tortilla. Its nice to have healthier food carts! That’s not to say I won’t be back on another hot eve this week for the buffalo chicken wrap with blue cheese and holla… bacon!

I love this place. It has become one of my go-to’s at Cartlandia if there is nothing new at any of the other carts that entices me. This place serves wraps that are very creative with delicious and combinations of ingredients. Some options being healthy, others being not so healthy, either way this cart will satisfy your mood. I love that they have a special of the week. Their wraps with fruit inside(blueberry, strawberry, etc.) are delicious. My favorite is a special of the week I ordered that had Doritos, French fries, chicken, vegetables and sauces. I would definitely say give this place a shot. Wraps are pretty simple but this place does them right.

Out of this world tastiness! Me — Cajun chicken wrap made as a salad but fat style(what? it’s vacation!) Husband — Black and bleu wrap? fat style Fresh ingredients. Nice contrast on the textures in the meal, some crunch included with the celery and onions. If we lived in Portland we’d eat here all the time. It was in my husbands top 3 meals during our trip.

For Tim, being a supervillain isn’t easy. «We opened a restaurant, the small one, cart size» * He has to feed… an army of minions * He has to outsmart, a ruthless arch enemy — The Good Wrap«Ohh I hate that guy» * And he’s about to inherit three small problems: «You have to choose: white, wheat, or spinach; no annoying options!» GF asks«Does naked count as annoying?» «We are going to pull off, the true crime of the century; we are going to serve The Good! I cook the Good, I wrap the Good, I make it FAT… what?» This summer, just because he makes an Evil Wrap, doesn’t mean he can’t serve a Good Wrap!

There aren’t a lot of places I can eat now, as I’ve gone gluten and dairy free. I was hopeful Cartlandia had something for me, and they did! This was such a pleasant surprise, the cranberries and avocados were amazing and chicken great as well. I will be back!

I love a good wrap, whether it’s filled with healthy ingredients(the«good» menu) or sinful, gut-busting components(the«evil» menu). Here, you can have one or the other — and truly twisted people may probably consider getting at least one choice from each of the columns. Wraps on the«good» column range from $ 6 to $ 7.50. The«evil» wraps range from $ 7.25 to $ 7.75. You have a choice of a white, whole wheat, or gluten-free wrap. People can also order a bowl of the tasty wrap components, a nice choice for people who are gluten intolerant or just want to avoid the extra carbs. Again, with non-gluten-free items in the cart, those with extremely sensitive GF allergies might want to watch out. The panda chose to be sinful on this visit. Any item screaming breakfast tends to get called out first. And look at what we have on the«evil» menu: a breakfast wrap! Having minced bacon in the wrap all but sealed the deal. The breakfast wrap($ 7.25) comes with crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, tomatoes, sauteed onions, green bell peppers, and cheddar-jack cheese. I got mine with a whole wheat wrap. The wrap came with an option to get hot sauce or syrup. The more adventurous people can also combine the two for a sweet-spicy kick. Yeah, let’s combine the two! Tim makes a very good wrap. The diced potatoes(still with the skin on) are cooked perfectly and want to melt in your mouth like a baked potato. Love the melted, stringy cheese here. My wrap tended to have more potatoes and not that many tomatoes. I think I might ask for more bacon next time as well. The syrup-hot sauce combo is interesting. On this trip, most of the hot sauce sank to the bottom. Meanwhile, I got a light coating of the thicker, stickier syrup throughout most of the wrap. I’m a fan of the sweet-heat combo any day. Tim runs several daily specials a week, and he posts a picture on the business Facebook page if so. Some notable add-ons: $ 1 more to add bacon, tempeh, or avocado to a wrap or a bowl. $ 2 more to add chicken, steak, or tofu. There is a kid’s menu featuring«pocket» wraps. Choices include PBB&J($ 3; peanut butter, banana, and jelly); cheese($ 2); and pizza($ 3; pepperoni, cheese, and pizza sauce). I love the logo on the cart. It really captures what the concept is all about. Check out The Good and Evil Wrap Company and try Tim’s food!

This cart is new to the Cartlandia pods and pretty good. I got the daily special which was steak, veggies, French fries, mozzarella cheese and an aioli dressing. I got the choice of white or wheat wrap and opted for the later. It was very tasty and big. My husband and I were able to share it and I was full after. It had really good flavor and the veggies were still crunchy and not mushy. They have a good and an evil side to the menu. There are some pretty tasty looking choices to both of them. I did also notice that they have a kids menu. Next visit I will take a look and try something else on the menu. I suggest trying them out next time you are in the area.
