This is our go to beverage spot. The owner and bartender really get to know their customers by name and beer preferences. They offer free samples and the beers are always changing. The owner works to get some small batch beers where there are only a few kegs in the state. Great place to hang out and have a few beers. They have a few tv’s and always play good movies or sports.

Someone recommend us to this spot and I remembered the next time we are in the area. After visiting Target trying to do some Christmas shopping my boyfriend and I both agreed that we deserved a beer. It’s right next to Kitchen Kaboodle, with plenty of parking. Nice, casual atmosphere with some picnic style tables, couches in the back and some tall tables with stools along the wall– and some seating at the bar. The guy working, greeted us as we came in and asked if we knew what we wanted. I think he could tell it was our first time, as we were staring up at the list of beers on tap and he kindly asked us what types of beers we typically drink. He had us try a couple of beers and let us make a decision. The first one I tried I was not a fan of, but he picked a lager that I liked and we went with that. He did tell us that certain beers were«on special» which meant a couple bucks cheaper, but we still went with others. It was nice that he told us though– we will keep that in mind for the next time we go. They had at least 15 beers on tap, but I feel like it was around 20? We enjoyed our time there, even if it was for a quick beer. The server was friendly and made us feel less intimidated by diving right in to see what we liked and to help us out. They had an old movie on the TV, but I read that they often put the games on also, so this is a great place to grab some beers and watch. We saw a little menu with pizza and what not on it, I’m not sure if they get it from somewhere nearby or have a kitchen in the back. You can fill up your growlers at this place or buy a growler there! We will definitely be back and we’re looking forward to trying new beers!

I’ve been in a few times and will return again. The owners(2 guys that work there) make efforts to meet/engage their customers and have been a great resource for beer industry knowledge(emphasis no micro and brewpubs). Imperial pints(20 oz) range from $ 3 – 6. 30+ taps. Typically $ 5 for 20oz. Free samples. With all tap rotating, beers change daily with focus on seasonal brews and range of beer styles(ales to lagers, light to dark, etc.). The simple atmosphere is that of a place to sample new beers in styles you typically like and have a good time doing it. It’s warm, cozy and inviting to noobies and beer geeks alike. Prost!

Impressive. My first visit I had an Elysian Night Owl Pumpkin beer and I joked with the owner — if it was this year’s release. It was August 29, 2015, my first Pumpkin Beer of the Year! I know the industry I was just being overly snarky to a stranger. I saw a couple on a couch watching the Raiders game on a Crisp TV monitor. I was a bit envious of their seat. Good all around feel and vibe, clean, friendly, nice tap selection. My second visit, I stumbled in on a tap takeover event and met a friend there. The place was slammin’, fun, and social. The service was stellar and the customers all seemed happy. I like what they are doing here. When you own a Growler Station you really have to come through with personality and some edge. If you and your service is bland and there’s no vibe — your cool/fantastic beer selection may sit a few days. Think these guys pump through the beer. One Bathroom for everyone. $ 6 pints a bit scary.

A great place to hang out and grab a few beers. They will almost always have something that no one else will have on tap Ie: Citrus Mistress on nitro. Their growler club is a must if you want a great deal one free one a month sod me on it.

This place is cool man. Nothing extravagant. Beer and some things to snack on to soak up your drink of choice. It’s close-ish to where I live and they have quite a variety of drinks — you can see their recent taps on Facebook. A few tv’s and super low-key and chill. Show’em some love. They get a little busy on Sunday’s with the games and since its small it can be tough finding a place to sit. The guys that work there are cool guys as well. You can bring in outside food and ive seen a dog there so im assuming if you’ve got a good pup its cool.

Excellent craft brew selection. 33 taps with great choices in an area where you often find pretend craft beers(those that are really from large breweries but pretend to be crafty). While staying at the Embassy Suites across the street I enjoyed unique IPAs and sours. Also, the bar tender was super!

1st time in and was very impressed. Don’t be put off by the neighborhood(near 217& Washington Square, and some strip malls). Inside were two of the nicest guys, very informative on helping to decide on which of the 30+ beverages to get. Extremely great selection, covering full range from Stouts, IPA’s, Sours, Ciders, and multiple other styles. Nice to try a few samples before making your selection.

What I liked about it, good beer selection, 25 taps, some of my favorite local beer. Owner on site was a super nice guy, easy to talk to, makes you feel really welcome. Its kinda like hangin out in his Beer Man Cave. We happened to stop in after going to Lamps Plus for lighting. They’ve just been open 5 mos apparently, no food really. He offered a grilled cheese of Panini but we didn’t get the feeling that food was their thing, and were kinda Portland picky about good food. But I’ll say if your in the area stop in and have a pint or two and support this local pub and help them grow. Nice people with good cold beer deserve the support. Its super casual. We were there later afternoon on a Sunday. Don’t go there hungry and don’t bother with Jimmy Johns next door… gross.

This place is very awesome. The owners are polite and friendly and they work hard. There are tons of beers on tap and they fill growlers, either you bring your own or they sell them. I was able to try as many samples as I wanted. I really like ciders and they had a good selection of those. They do not serve food but there are a few restaurants in the area and they are right next to Jimmy Johns.
